I've been to many salons in my life and had many stylists do my hair and without a doubt, Casie is my favorite. She does what I ask her to do. She doesn't tell me it's not possible, she doesn't say she doesn't want to do_____ because she doesn't think I will like it, she bleached my hair when I want it bleached, she dyed my hair brown when I wanted to be a brunette. She's awesome and I would recommend her to anyone, for anything.

I came in with photos of intense, white blonde ends and she started me with beautiful, all over blonde that I am completely smitten with. She warned me that it might take two sessions to get to that white color. After seeing what it looked like all dryer and styled, I'm not even sure if I'll want to lighten it up anymore! When we arrived it was pretty clear from the get go that Eli was not very comfortable or used to dealing with 2yr olds. I attempted to distract him with a video and Eli told me I was in the way and needed me to move. My kid was relatively irritated with the cape he had on and was definitely making it challenging. Instead of trying to distract him or literally do anything, they told me to leave my two year olds side and go away basically and that they prefer to "handle it themselves." After about twenty seconds they left him in the chair to come tell me that they couldn't and wouldn't cut his hair because he was moving around too much. Im not sure how many other 2yr olds hair they've cut but my kid was pretty much acting his age. I totally get not wanting to cut young kids hair. Maybe just dont even offer to.
