I recently tried this barbershop since my regular barber was on vacation. Before I even sat down, I explained exactly how I wanted my haircut, step by step. The barber nodded and said, "No problem." [[HIGHLIGHT]]Unfortunately, it was clear he either didn't understand or didn't listen.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Fifteen minutes later, he handed me the mirror, and none of the things I had specifically asked for were done -- and my hair wasn't even trimmed evenly. On top of being unhappy with a $30 haircut, they don't even accept tap or electronic payments. I was forced to use their in-house ATM, which charged me an extra $3 fee. Overall, very disappointed with the experience and will not be returning. read more

When you make it political, you come off like a bad business. Firstly, I know personally barbers who have worked here. The owner didn't pay them what would be standard pay. So , no one wants to work for the guy, because it's truly genuinely all tips. One barber I know posted a picture on facebook saying "back at Xyz barbershop, here they treat you the way you deserve!" The barbers seem to come and go. There's usually only one good barber and that's the one everyone wants to see. Prices keep going up as well. Often times there's a long wait. It may look fancy on the outside but it's pretty average overall. read more

This barbershop is legit! Everytime you walk in, you go to the front desk, and they ask you if you'd like anything such as a complementary bottle of water or a cup of espresso. Super classy! Honestly, the wait times can get a little crazy, but it's so worth it. Skin fade always comes out perfect, no matter which barber you go to. Beard always has the perfect curve, and lines up perfectly with everything else. Can get a little pricey, but it's so worth it, the experience is phenomenal. read more

I just want to start of saying that i love this place. Actually I'm friends with a few of the barbers and have been flowing then where ever they go. (I never have any complaints about anyone who works here. This review is not ment to tarnish the reputation on any of there barbers or the service they provide for me). However i felt that on my last visit i was a bit uncomfortable and unhappy. Of course the hostess was very nice with her greeting. I has ask her to sit me with my regular barber and if she can put s on with the other barber i also cut with. Instead she puts us both down for the same barber so there was a but of confusion when the guy next to me sit down on the chair who happens to only spend 10s minutes waiting while i was already going in to 40 minute. Yes it was very fustrating.. she did apologize and she was very kind to my two kids. There was also another customer who ask to se the next available barber. He seemed to be much in a hurry. (Same scenario). Only difference is that he actually complain about it to her, and asked why was he place with a specific barbor if he ask for with who ever was available. She responded well this is not how we do things here attitude and the gentleman replay if this is how you run things here i rather not come back. Fortunately the person sitting down got up and gave him his turn who happen to be a child. BUT THE MOTHER HAD A VERY UPSET LOOK. I don't know what happened to this place. It used to be great. Full every Saturday morning. People booked appts thru Resurva app. It's no longer any of this. I showed up to my 9:30 appt on time. I only see ONE barber cutting hair and it wasn't the barber I booked an appt with (Mariano). I waited for 20 mins before the one barber told me it was my turn. Got a crappy hair cut. I don't think Mariano was even working today, but I was able to book a spot with him. The time before this, I showed up on time for my booked appt and they sat a little kid in my chair 5 mins before I arrived. This place really took a turn for the worst. Never again. read more

So after returning home and looking in a mirror I realized that the "barber" decided to use facial paint in my beard to cover up the patches. Yes I know I have a very patchy beard but that does not mean its ok to go ahead and paint someone's face because you feel like its ok. I just moved to the area and looking for a place to frequent. They changed their policy about which days you could get a design so that started it off a bad visit and then they took "special" customers before us yet tried to explain it away. To be honest I don't have much hair anymore but what I do have I like kept neat. We called for an appointment and spoke to Joe and asked if he was free for a kids cut. He said yes in 15 mins, I said great I can get there in 10 mins. Then he asked if we could come at 4o'clock. I said we couldn't I had somewhere to be. He said not to worry come down he can accommodate me in 10 mins. I said great. We got there, waited for about 10 mins for him to finish up another client. When he was done, someone else headed towards the chair. I said I was the one who called and Joe said, "but he was waiting", I said but I called. He said but it won't be long for me to do him I said I can't I have somewhere to be. He said again, the other client was waiting (again which is totally fine). I wouldn't be so annoyed if we didn't call and weren't told to come down. They blatantly said "what about 4 o'clock" and I said I couldn't. If we stayed for this person to be done, that would have brought us to 4 o'clock. If they couldn't accommodate us (again which is fine), just tell me when I called. Don't tell me to come down just for you to tell me you can't take us. That is poor business and unprofessional. Despite us getting a good cut, we will likely not return because this isn't the first time we had issues with getting a cut. Last few times we went when Joe wasn't there, we were told it wouldn't be long. We waited entirely too long and ended up leaving (more than once). I understand that they don't want to lose customers and try to accommodate everyone, but the reality is that some people just don't have the time to wait. That's why we call first. If they aren't going to adhere to the timeframe given, they should communicate that from the beginning and let the customer decide if it is conducive for their situation. Extremely disappointed. Used to be a great barbershop when it opened. Been coming here since the week they opened and those original barbers were great. New barbers in there now don't care about customer service. Why are you taking appointments if your going to do it first come first serve and have people that made appointments with a specific barber sit there for 30 minutes for the next available barber.
