My hair is thinning at the top and was thicker in the back and one side grew thicker than the other around my ears. The first time I came in, Tayler looked at my hair and immediately pointed out how she could cut it to even out the differences in the thickness. Now it looks smooth and even from top down to the bottom of the back, whereas before it looked thick and bunched up at the base of the neck in back. Tayler was also willing to stay as long as it took so I could get what I wanted. She did a great job at understanding the color I wanted and highlighting my hair to get the right tone. The first two times I got my hair colored (which was at two different salons) I was dissatisfied with the color. But I was very pleased with the result of this coloring and style. The staff was all very friendly and professional. And I was impress that the owner worked at cutting/coloring hair along with the rest of the stylists.

With Wichita Falls being such a small town, Primp and Blow offered what I needed to bring the photos all together. I came in with my hair already washed and dry and had them do a dry style on me. I showed them a photo I was wanting but unfortunately the lady said I didn't have enough hair for it. So we played around with a few different styles until I decided on just a single braid across my head. She sprayed it with a ton of hairspray and the hair lasted until my photos later in the afternoon. I also had my make up done by another lady. She was very young and sweet and did a really great job. They used Smashbox cosmetics with a mix of some others they've collected along the way. I added on some fake eyelashes for $10 as well. They were very light on my eyes and helped bring everything together. Overall I was satisfied with the service I received and am glad there was a business in the area that offered what I needed. The prices were a little steep in my opinion but it was a one time thing so I was willing to pay a little extra.

Jessica K. did an amazing job with my cut and color. She straightened it at the end to show the color better and a different look if I chose to wear it that way but also how easy it would be if I wanted to change things up. She was very patient throughout the process by explaining everything before she did it as we were going for a major change by going from waist-length curls to a more modern shoulder-length style. When she was done, she made sure that I would be able to style it on my own as well. I would definitely recommend Jessica to anyone wanting a great cut and/or color. To the point that two other stylists kept coming over and correcting what she was doing. Using the wrong tools. Not having me place my head down. Not cutting at the right angle to the point that the guy who work there came over and just took over. He did a beautiful job. However in the nicest way possible they should rethink the girl that cut my hair. The whole time I was there they were basically teaching the girl cutting my hair. She should already know. Extremely uncomfortable experience. Thank goodness for the guy who came and saved my hair.
