I had an appointment for Friday at 10:45 with Trevor. Let me start off by saying this unfortunate…read morereview is not about Trevor as he is terrific! The best barber in Houston. When I got there, another gentleman was at the door and held it open for me to enter, but started to question if I had an appointment, who I was, what my name was and who I was there to see. His facial expression was one of hostility and aggression. I thought he was perhaps the security guard, but I later saw him at the first space closest to the door cutting someone's hair. I noticed he did not give anyone else the third degree and I felt uncomfortable being there with this individual around. I didn't make a scene as I did not want to present any drama to Trevor, but thinking about this man's attitude has given me pause whether this company values my business. Chophouse needs to train its personnel to be pleasant to anyone that enters the premises whether they have an appointment or not (they supposedly welcome walk-ins), and certainly drop the attitude!
