I'm picky by nature so at first I appreciated that Chris sent me a video explaining the signs, materials and various options available to me. I feel like his initial tutorial was helpful in educating me on the process of ordering a custom sign and also helped me determine the direction I wanted to go in. Later Chris patiently FaceTimed me so he could answer all my questions and review various design options. After I decided on a finalized design and paid the deposit it took only two weeks to get our lovely sign up. The price was fair and competitive with others in the industry. Overall this was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this company.

DO NOT GET YOUR SIGN HERE…read more The owner is a scam artist. He delivered a product that's not professional, the plexiglass that came with my sign was full of scratches and glue residue. I asked him about the scratches glue and said he didn't know I was gonna be picky. I tried to get him to fix it and he would not do it, he said he would lose money. But he was okay with taking my money and not delivering a product that's professional quality. Please stay away from this place and guy. I've now contacted another sign shop to make a new sign for me. And that's the reason he only takes cash.

Even after explaining I had no cash on me whatsoever and that I was fine paying an extra fee to use a credit card, he insisted I go to an ATM and come back with cash. Fine. I left the shop, got a $20 from the nearest bank and returned to pay for the cable. But he didn't have the cash to give me back my change. After all the trouble he gave me for wanting to use a credit card and making me get cash, he had to walk down the street to break my bill and give me change.

First he took a while to get started and second, his level of work was extremely poor. Also, he expected us to pay him in full before he redid his lousy job. Since he needed money, he ended up redoing the sign board but there were still signs that were printed very poorly. In front of his son, he promised and gave me his word that he would be back to finish if we paid him. We were dumb enough to feel bad and pay. It has been over 6 weeks since he has come back to finish his work and he hasn't responded to calls or texts - his mailbox is full so they should be a red flag! Clearly, he is not a man of his word if he makes promises he doesn't keep in front of his child who is looking to take over his business - bad role model. This was a $10k - it should have been professional and perfect. Don't waste your time or money with this company.
