From the moment I walked in to her gorgeous home the ambiance exuded relaxation and professionalism. The "staff" including her adorable cat and alpacas were incredibly welcoming and Dr. Carol was very knowledgeable, making me feel at ease right away. The injection procedure itself was carried out with precision and care. Dr. Carol demonstrated her expertise and took the time to explain the entire process, addressing any concerns I had. The results were remarkable - a natural enhancement that left me feeling rejuvenated and confident. As a travel nurse I have visited many different medical spas around the country and nothing compares to Dr. Carols unique spa. I can't recommend Vermont Facial Aesthetics enough for all of your beauty needs!

I have always been a chicken in the dental chair but Dr. Hiller is truly gentle, and always makes sure I am comfortable the whole time. My hygienist, Mary Kay, is the absolute BEST! Left a very negative message on my voicemail, In her exact words "you walked out without paying the full amount and we need payment immediately" Unfortunately it was their mistake, they only charged me 1/2 of what the bill was on exit. Which was their fault. Had I been informed of the correct amount for service it would have been paid, exactly like the 10x prior i'd already been there. Instead of remedying the situation with some actual customer service she blamed the error on us, took no responsibility for the hostile message and when challenged basically let my wife and my business slip out the door. If you want bitchy, holier than thou staff that harasses you over their mistake then by all means go to this practice. The real shame here is that Dr. Hiller is a great guy and good dentist but surrounds himself with agitating negative staff. My wife and I will never go back and hold this practice in ill regard.
