When we came to Woodstock, we starting seeing Dr. Laughlin and received excellent care from him. And when he retired and Dr. Knott bought his practice, we stayed on because we'd already experienced his excellent care. Fast forward to 2016, when Dr. Knott's taken his practice to new heights. He's not only expanded into a new, purpose-outfitted, facility, but he's introduced some new technology and other innovations that make it scheduling and other patient services much easier. Now, for example, I get texts about upcoming appointments and add them to my calendar automatically. I'd expect those conveniences in 2016. But what's really important is that technology (in communications and patient care) never gets in the way of great dental care. Dr. Knott and his staff provide friendly, excellent, high-quality care at every level -- far and above what one might expect in small-town Vermont. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Being 60 years old some of my fillings that were put in 45 years ago were leaking and needed to be re-done. I had one tooth that had 3 cracks in it (which I could feel) It needed a crown. They did the crown first as it was needed the most. It was quite a procedure and I am not overly fond of having dental work done because of being hurt in the past by other dentists. These dentists showed me on the x-rays where the problem was and talked to me on how they were going to do the procedure. The way they handled the novocaine and making sure I didn't feel anything was wonderful. They are really up-to-date on new and improved methods of dentistry. One of my replaced fillings, that they redid, looked so good that I really couldn't tell it even had a filling. I think they are a real asset to the Brandon Community. Several month's ago when we were in his office getting the retainers tightened (thinking they were simply loose hence why they weren't working), we spoke with him about her bite and the anatomy of her mouth changing... He had my daughter in tears referring to her as both mental and clueless, he never even checked inside of her mouth, took models or x-rays. Our general dentist found at her 6 month cleaning that she has an open bite meaning that only her back teeth are touching which makes chewing her food near impossible; she is tearing and ripping her food! She needs braces again and some teeth may need to come out, I would not let Dr. Price treat my dog, he needs to get over himself.
