I was very anxious & embarrassed to be in my early 40's & have to get some major dental work done…read more I don't have great genetics for good teeth (I have always had dental care so isn't because of that) & after college when I was on my own with insurance I had some dentists who weren't the best unfortunately!! So when some serious issues came up my dentist (who I really trust & like-have him on speed dial) referred me to Dr Cantner I was extremely nervous to go to someone new. Dr Cantner was very kind, thorough with his explanations, & was willing to help with my anxiety with dental procedures. I've had some pretty involved procedures done in the past with Dr. Canter & his staff (who were wonderful) went very well. EH

I had a tooth extracted here in December, and Dr. Ablow told me if I ever wanted a dental implant,…read moreI would require a bone graft. I followed all instructions diligently--but sadly, I believe the bone graft procedure was a very bad choice for me. I felt pressured and did not have enough information about the situation and was forced to make the decision on the spot without knowing the chances of it actually achieving desired results. Since then, I've been having pain in the surrounding teeth (which I did not have before the extraction). When I returned for my visit to find out if I was eligible for an implant after my bone graft, the dentist told me I was not eligible for an implant. She had nothing to say about the chronic pain I've been experiencing and told me to go back to the regular dentist. I was not offered a refund or even a partial refund for the unsuccessful bone graft which the dentist suggested. It was a waste of money, recovery time and months and months of chronic, unexplained pain at the site. I regret being talked into the procedure as I gained nothing from it. I do not recommend this practice. This was not my first oral surgery and I regret spending my money at this dishonest business. Also/-the office staff is nice but the entire office smelled very badly of fish today, making my visit especially unpleasant.

Dr. Ablow and her team are amazing and took great care of my dental needs throughout the procedure. I ended up with dry socket on one of the extraction sites, and had an infection. Dr. Ablow listened and worked with me to help heal the pain and get through the anxiety of changing the dressings and monitoring the healing process. Highly recommend!

Being a retired physician made it even worse because I knew too much as to what could go wrong, as well as experiencing the normal anxiety brought about by loss of control All that worry was for nothing! I walked in to a beautiful office, was reassured by caring, competent staff, had an IV placed , and in an instant , it seemed, was being escorted to a lounge chair to recover. Today is my second post operative day, and my gum has almost completely covered the extraction site, I've had virtually no pain, required just two Tylenol the first day, and can honestly say that it was easier than some crown preparations I've had. Dr Conforti deserves high praise for his expertise and approach to patient care. I highly recommend this practice

I would never recommend anybody to go to this place horrible staff. I could only imagine being a patient here. I'm sure they do a terrible job, especially if they treat their patients like this from the very beginning from the first phone call. I will also write them up on Google and give them a horrifying rating.

It's hard to quantify how little they give a damn in this office. And it is pervasive, from the…read morefront staff to the dentist, it's very unprofessional. The staff does not identify themselves when they call and they are very brusque. I had a severely infected tooth that the doctor ignored, filled twice, and told me he could not see me for another month and a half. He said jokingly "do not eat any corn!" He really didn't care. I have just had my tooth removed from a wonderful dentist, and when I asked to have my records sent over they said they were holding my records, because I owe them $60, a bill they sent me on Saturday and I mailed it in today Monday. Nothing nice about these people.
