Extreme protocols are in place at Dr. Greenberg's office, and thankfully so. When you arrive, they ask that you call from your vehicle before coming to the door. The receptionist comes and escorts you in, takes your temperature and O2 reading, reads a warning form, and has you read and sign a Covid questionnaire. The hygienist is masked, shielded and gowned. Aside from all those understandable precautions, my cleaning and checkup went very well, as always. Before you leave, Dr.Greenberg comes in to give you a final oral check, as he always does. He too had all precautions for his and his patient's safety & well being. I'm always impressed with the dental care I receive from him and all his staff.

Gradually as an adult I have been "growing up" and dealing with my dentist anxiety. The pleasant staff and Dr Greenberg are definitely helpful in my desire to deal with my dental issues. So what do I like most? Dr Greenberg listens and helps me make the best decisions for my dental needs, he doesn't decide for me. He tells me my options and we make a plan. A plan that is flexible based on any dental changes and my financial concerns. Most of the Dentists that I have dealt with in my life have pretty much tried to decide for me. We're doing this, then we're doing that. There's been no discussion about other choices or why... they seemed to just want me to schedule appointments and show up with my money. Dr Greenberg office is well equipped with the latest equipment (so actually, I am not a dentist and don't know what all the latest dental equipment is... but Dr Greenberg seems to have a lot of high tech equipment, can't imagine there is much he doesn't have). So if you want to go to a Dentist with a well run office, high degree of skill, who will listen to you... Dr Greenberg is a great choice.

The staff does not identify themselves when they call and they are very brusque. I had a severely infected tooth that the doctor ignored, filled twice, and told me he could not see me for another month and a half. He said jokingly "do not eat any corn!" He really didn't care. I have just had my tooth removed from a wonderful dentist, and when I asked to have my records sent over they said they were holding my records, because I owe them $60, a bill they sent me on Saturday and I mailed it in today Monday. Nothing nice about these people.

I poke to them over the phone and they were very accommodating and and got me an appointment for my cleaning that was due that was only a week away. The Hygienist Jada that did my cleaning was the best I'd ever had. She didn't make me go ouch once. I'm not sure that has ever happened. The Dentist came in and introduced himself and we talked about the possible need for a Crown on a tooth that the prev dentist told me was needed. He said that it doesn't need it right away and suggested I wait until my next cleaning and we can evaluate it again then. I did get a bill for $20 a couple weeks later though, but I happily paid it. I don't mind paying a few extra $ for a good dentist. My teeth and not having pain are far more important.

I followed all instructions diligently--but sadly, I believe the bone graft procedure was a very bad choice for me. I felt pressured and did not have enough information about the situation and was forced to make the decision on the spot without knowing the chances of it actually achieving desired results. Since then, I've been having pain in the surrounding teeth (which I did not have before the extraction). When I returned for my visit to find out if I was eligible for an implant after my bone graft, the dentist told me I was not eligible for an implant. She had nothing to say about the chronic pain I've been experiencing and told me to go back to the regular dentist. I was not offered a refund or even a partial refund for the unsuccessful bone graft which the dentist suggested. It was a waste of money, recovery time and months and months of chronic, unexplained pain at the site. I regret being talked into the procedure as I gained nothing from it. I do not recommend this practice. This was not my first oral surgery and I regret spending my money at this dishonest business. Also/-the office staff is nice but the entire office smelled very badly of fish today, making my visit especially unpleasant.

Dr. Ablow and her team are amazing and took great care of my dental needs throughout the procedure. I ended up with dry socket on one of the extraction sites, and had an infection. Dr. Ablow listened and worked with me to help heal the pain and get through the anxiety of changing the dressings and monitoring the healing process. Highly recommend!

But that's how much I was NOT looking forward to this visit. And then Dr. Courtney Regan drilled out my old filling, drilled out a cavity underneath, drilled down my tooth all while Ellen sucked the water out of my mouth... And there was NO PAIN. None.
