Several people were charged for summer months, even though they had given 30 day notice. These people are very dishonest and the places is unsafe for children. Sarcasm and spicy comments help challenge and push you through the workouts. There are several timeslots throughout the day to fit most people's schedules. Each workout is an hour long; there's always a warm-up. There are also options to scale down the exercise, if necessary, due to injury or newness. I've been attending this gym for about a year and a half, and I cannot say enough great things about it. I'm always encouraged to come back because I continue to see results, I've been getting stronger, and I've made friends. What more can one ask for in a gym?
