As well as being fast, it's also a relatively cheap indulgence, with hairstyles costing being 15 and 25 euro.
I went in armed with all the French hair words I knew, prepared to ask them to make me look like Bridget Bardot, but they all spoke English and were happy to do so.
I was given a lookbook to choose from, with french twists, braids and pretty buns. I couldn't decide and asked the stylist to do whatever she liked - with excellent results.
