I came in to see if there were any free appointments that day, to be told no, but I made an appointment for the next weekend. I came in and the hairdresser spent so much time on my wash and cut. Also, something I really hate in Paris salons is that they charge extra for things like conditioner and they always ask if you want these random treatments (which they don't tell you are 50+ euros extra) - she never did this! I had my hair washed, conditioned, had beautiful products put in it, all without charging extra or trying to get me to do an unnecessary treatment. I left feeling really great, with a good cut and amazing blow dry. It cost me about 65 euros, which isn't cheap, but after my last 50 euro cut that was so terrible I am willing to spend the little bit extra to make sure the time is taken and my hair was cared about properly.

When the staff at the other Cizors told me that I was booked at the other salon, I rushed over to this one, I arrived 12 mins late. I was told at the other salon it wouldn't be a problem. But when I got there they made me wait 35 mins, offered no water, coffee or excuses and when I asked when I might get served, the woman who was supposed to do my hair ignored me completely and said she would "tranquillement finir avec mes autres clients et puis on verra apres". I get that it's bad to be late, but you have to communicate to your customers. They were disgustingly rude and I left. Unbelievably unprofesstional and rude. Oh, and when I gave them my details when I arrived, the guy entering in into the computer (eyebrow piercing - classic 2000!) Asked me if I lived "chez nous". Xenephobic much?
