Paella was worth the long wait...very good, plenty of ingredients. The bolognese was also…read moreokay....pollo frito was not good, it actually had very little actual chicken meat. Leg/thigh fried, came with gravy, I ate skin and gravy...the little chicken meat there was had black things attached to it, kind of disgusting. Pollo al Asillo (chicken spicy garlic sauce) was tasteless, not good. Linguini al pesto had a lot of a tomato sauce on top, took away from the pesto flavor...bottom line , come for the paella...that's it!!! Very good service.

On entering the restaurant, one cannot but notice the well-appointed red tablecloth tables with cloth napkins. The dishes at our disposal were many. They were Gambas (shrimp) in garlic and oil, potato croquettes, Spanish sausage, baked oysters, mushrooms, crostini with dip, chicken, spinach pizza and of course, seafood paella. To add to the cozy ambiance of this restaurant were three singers with Spanish guitars, serenading the audience in the restaurant. Our group got several renditions of Spanish ballads including, "Guantanamera". We sang along for this one. All the dishes were prepared well and highlighted their own distinct taste and flavors. My favorites were the croquettes, the baked oysters and the seafood paella. The croquettes were crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. The oysters though small, came 12 to a plate and were moist and well charred to bring out the baked parmesan fragrance. The seafood paella was the crown jewel of the evening. It contained several seafood varieties and was made fresh. It came out slightly charred at the bottom, as does any good paella. When scraped, mixed with the other contents, and eaten, one is rewarded with several bursts of aroma and taste. Table service was excellent. Muchas Gracias, Senores y Senoras.

We had lunch here the other day with friends and family…read more This restaurant serve Spanish cuisine and is inside La Bella Residence. It's a huge commercial and residential compound, its developer set it up like in a Santorini Mediterranean style of buildings and a boutique hotel all painted in white. The place is kinda hard to find if you're an out of towner. You may try using Waze GPS, it might help. We ordered Paella de Marisco, Sulpicao, Callos and Gambas. They offered as starter freshly sliced baked baguette with 4 special dips specially made by Chef Arnaldo. I liked the aioli and balsamic dips. Their Gambas as an appetizer were made of seasoned grilled mushroom, tomatoes and succulent shrimps. It's delicious. The Callos were made from scratched. Taste great. The Paella de Marisco a seafood with chicken mixed seasoned yellow rice and chorizo served on a pan is delicious. Their Sulpicao is the authentic Spanish dish. The beef is tender, soft and moist. The mushrooms were marinated, soft and tender. It's delicious! Serving staff are helpful and courteous. Their food is pricey, serving is small. The developer requires that no trees should be cut within the compound to give way to the structures. Don't be surprised if you see a living trunk of a tree inside El Cocinero's bathroom and dining area. Small clean neutral gender bathroom.

The condiments for the bread were varied - sweet, tangy, creamy - it was tempting to stuff yourself before your meal arrived. We had some nice and light chicken soup with Jason Iberrico. The paella marisco was tasty and well done and the salpicao was delicious. All in all, worth a trip off the beaten path if you're not staying in the hotel!
