We have noticed since the new takeover, that multiple times we've gone, there is only 1 Waitress. No Bartender- no dishwasher clearing tables, etc. We ordered Samosas - all out. Took ages to get our drinks and food, but I will blame the Manager for not having enough staff. Our Waitress offered to run next door to a liquor store to get more wine, but she had zero down time to do so. We used to LOVE this Pub, but no longer. The kids' meal is advertised at $7.99, which includes one main, one pop, and one dessert. However, when the bill arrived, there was an extra $3.99 charge for a pop. When I questioned this, the server told me that because the kids' meal was for a player who already received the free pizza, the drink was no longer included. This policy was never explained beforehand. I didn't ask for a free drink--I ordered a kids' meal as advertised. The free pizza slices are very small and not enough as a meal, which is why I ordered the kids' meal in the first place. With the added charge, the kids' meal became $11.98, which is no longer a kids' meal price and is not what was advertised. If there is a policy that changes what is included in a kids' meal when a promotion is involved, it should be clearly communicated before ordering. This experience felt misleading and left a very negative impression.
