    If I could give this business zero stars I would. I know the pricing seems tempting, please go…read moreelsewhere... don't waste your money with an unreliable business owner and practice. I truly have no words to express how stressful it was to communicate with Tonya, I booked everything well in advance. I was promised a 2/7 delivery for a 2/8 event, deposit was sent promptly and we were charged the rest of the money 7 days in advance, I felt it was odd that the full amount was being paid so many days in advance... but my husband promptly sent the rest of the money. On Friday 2/7, I text Tonya at 12:08 p.m. to confirm delivery for that day, no response until I decided to text her at 6:24 pm. She responds at 6:25 "Good evening yes we work late". I am very far along in my pregnancy and from 6:25 pm I waited for tables, chairs and jumper to be delivered so that I could set up on 2/7 and have everything ready the night before. At 10:22 pm I text her "Hi Tonya, what's the ETA? I am waiting for delivery I wanted to set up tonight". At 10:43 she responds "we are still delivering". With a follow up text that read "1hr 30 min 1 order before you" I am baffled at this point and my husband who had a 13 hour work shift was extremely tired texts her and he got the same response more wait time... We got our tables, chairs and jumper delivered at 1:30 AM WHO DOES THAT? I couldn't set up a singular thing at 1:30 am was truly awful, first of all she didn't hold up her end of the bargain by fulfilling the 2/7 delivery. I am pregnant tired and stressed... they sent a very young guy, just ONE to deliver he was very unprepared asked us for a dolly my husband had to help him bring things inside. When I look at the chairs and tables I lost it, the chairs and tables were DIRTY so disgusting and embarrassing... I was so angry at this point, but didn't say a word. All that to say I had to set up on the day of my event TIRED and still had to waste time cleaning those disgusting chairs and tables... just look at the photos. It took about an hour and 30 mins of our time to do it before set up. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND PAY THE EXTRA MONEY elsewhere with a reliable vendor. Cheap won't bring your time back, she ruined my entire evening because I was LATE TO MY OWN BABY SHOWER that started at 4 and I made it there by 6ish. Tonya please do better, you are not fit for the role, the product and service was horrible. Now it all makes sense why she wanted the rest of the money 7 days in advance, giving the customer absolutely no chance to hold them accountable for their service and product.

Even with the rain, their team re-designed the place to make sure no one got wet and to keep every detail looking perfect. They worked tirelessly each day they came, whether it was dropping off items, setting up, or picking everything up afterward. They understood our design inspirations perfectly and handled every detail incredibly in the days leading up to the wedding, on the wedding day, and even in the days following. I encourage everyone to look at their Instagram or TikTok and view the videos around November 14th, 2025 to see the full scope of the transformation of our backyard into a beautiful venue. The turf and dancefloor were absolute must haves. The monogram on the dancefloor looked stunning and added such a special touch to the place. The coordinator services were also a must have. The coordinator and waitstaff were incredible, offering excellent service to our guests and vendors while keeping everything running smoothly and on schedule. My wife and I did not have to worry about a single thing because they had every detail handled with professionalism and care. They were extremely responsive throughout the entire process and made us feel supported at all times. Because of COVID, we were limited to outdoor venues. These two ladies transformed a drab parking lot into a vibrant and fun party area. The vendors they booked were fantastic. Staci and Phyllis thought about every little detail to make the party special-color scheme, branded signs, napkins, and cups. They even brought outdoor games for the kids-giant Jenga and Hacky Sack. This duo was able to put this kiddush lunch together in less than 2 weeks, as we were the first during the pandemic to be allowed to have a kiddush lunch. The other party plans they had as backups were also amazing. Throughout the planning process, they remained calm, and never complained when the pandemic caused us to plan, re-plan, and again re-plan.
