I can't believe there are no reviews for this place. We spent 12 days in Spain, exploring four…read morecities and this was THE BEST RESTAURANT of the whole trip!
Literally everything on the menu is out of this world. Flavors that you would not expect to work, but work INCREDIBLY WELL.
Highlights include:
Fried cheese with cranberry sauce
Tuna steaks with cranberry sauce and a pumpkin puree and whipped cream (I know, weird right? Freaking delicious)
Grilled chicken to die for.
For dessert: Profiteroles
On top of it all, we were drinking Tintos de verano (wine and lime soda; very refreshing, a favorite among locals) all night.
I'm telling you, this restaurant combines tapas and gourmet like nobody's business. Best part, IT IS DIRT CHEAP. Cheaper than a lot of the crappy touristy bars near the cathedral.
It was so good that we tried to come back the next day but we were too early and they hadn't even opened.
A must.
