5.13.17: Yes it has been a year but I just have to write a review because well there is none. This was recommended by our Airbnb host. We didn't think much of it just a place to eat one we checked in.
Luckily parking wasn't as hard as we thought. There was lots of entrances to the wall. So don't just stick to one area.
The place was small and we thought we would have to wait a long time but we didn't. Walked in and was greeted by the owner, originally she thought they were too full and we had to wait long but it turns out not everyone eats for over four hours. So the wait wasn't long. We got lucky.
The owner was amazing she took the time to explain to us the dishes that they had as the only menu is on the wall. Although she didn't speak fluent English with the few Galacian words I knew for food ordering wasn't hard.
Surprisingly good! Didn't know what to expect. Everything tasted homemade and tasted so good. We started out with bread they give you this automatically and will charge so let them know if you don't want it. It was only 70 cents per person.
We ordered the stuffed peppers which has fish inside, beef with potatoes, octopus, and small carafe of red wine. The food was amazing. The stuffed peppers were a nice surprise. The beef was so tender the texture reminded me of beef cheeks. The potatoes was so unexpected. It looked like chips with air pockets. It was good and not too fried. Our favorite has to be the octopus. Super tender, not chewy, and had the right amount of oil and paprika.
The place was so affordable and it tasted like authentic galacian meal. Yummy read more
