My grill turned out fantastic, practically brand new. I was so impressed with my Level Up Barbecue cleaning experience that I purchased a gift certificate as an Christmas present for a family member. Chris from Level Up contacted me and made sure I received the certificate of my preference and then notified me when it was mailed out. A week had passed and I never saw anything in the mail, so I contacted Chris and notified him. The very next day he hand-delivered the gift certificate to my home. I'm blown away by this company's high quality service and their top notch customer service. I'm a customer for life! Envelope Update: Two days after Chris delivered the certificate to my home, I was driving my wife's car and found the original mailed envelope from Level Up in the side door with other mail that she had forgotten to take into our home. ‍

It's worth investing in the annual maintenance program - I don't have to think about scheduling or remembering to call the LevelUp team....they just showed up, did their work and wow'd us again. He's a busy dude, so we scheduled the cleaning for mid-July. Boy...was it worth the wait. I have a very nice BBQ but it was VERY dirty. It's about 8 years old and the grease and grime showed all 8 years. Oliver texted throughout the day and sent after pictures when he was done. My BBQ looks brand new. I 1000% recommend his services and will definitely use him again. Oliver cleaned up after himself and the area below/around the grill was actually cleaner than before he arrived. As a girl who nit picks the cleanup of any job, I was beyond impressed! Excited to fire our grill back up (without the fear of burning the house down with a grease fire)! Thanks Oliver. Great work.

Got my kitchen painted and it was the WORST home improvement experience I've EVER had!!!…read more The crew showed up without coverings for their shoes and didn't even have all the proper equipment for the job (I had to loan them a step ladder). They completely rushed through painting my kitchen and missed TONS of spots. So much so that I had to point out the different places they missed 5 DIFFERENT TIMES and they still didn't get everything right before leaving. I shouldn't have to play foreman to a "professional" painting crew. They didn't remove any outlet covers or blinds in order to do a thorough job, poorly taped off different areas of the kitchen and then didn't remove all the tape after they "finished," and even spilled on my carpet because there was no floor covering put down. I ended up spending over 2 hours repainting the kitchen myself the next day because the work was done so poorly. To top everything off, I overheard one of the workers cursing HATE SPEECH against people of alternate lifestyles in Spanish multiple times while they were there. When I had to talk to the supervisor on the phone (3 separate times), she first tried to gaslight me into believing her crew was doing the job correctly. I then had to explain to her the truth of the entire situation because her workers were telling her lies in Spanish saying they did everything correctly. She did offer an apology and a discount to use her company on a "future" project (not the current one), but I would NEVER use them again or recommend them to ANYONE. Plus, they ONLY take Zelle (or cash) which was VERY inconvenient. This company had great reviews which is why I went with them initially for the job. However, I have NO IDEA how they received the glowing reviews because I could not have been more disappointed with how everything went down. I would NOT recommend using Mr. E Does it All for ANYTHING when it comes to your home. My kitchen was blue before they "painted" it, but these few pics don't even do the AWFUL job they did, justice.

I purchased the house May 7 and Kyle came out on Aug 10. A total scam. I called for ductwork cleaning only after purchasing the home on May 7, 2026. Kyle came out and said that I needed an entire new AC unit and that the ductwork in the attic didn't look good. The total cost is over 26k and the bandaid fix was 2,500. Look story short, had 2 other companies come out and it was a $200 part that needed to be replaced. Everything else looked fine. Please do your research and stay away from this company.
