We hadn't professionally cleaned our built-in Cal Flame in five years. We cook at very high heat, and the burns and staining had gotten intense, blackened grates, a scorched interior, and a hood that no longer looked like stainless. We were prepping the house to sell, and this grill was the one thing that still looked tired while everything else was bright and ready. I searched Yelp for the best combination of customer service, value, and a real deep clean: steam cleaning, grate polishing, and a full restore. Back to New BBQ stood out. I contacted several vendors; they were the first to reply. Communication was courteous and straightforward, and the process was easy, we just left the back gate open. Nathaniel showed up professional and polite, on time and worked really hard for a few hours straight. The difference is dramatic. The grates came back clean and polished, the interior no longer looks burned in, and the stainless looks like a grill that just came out of the box. For a house listing, that matters. I'm glad we chose them. Highly recommend!! read more

I am amazed at how great my barbecue looks!! I have been going back-and-forth with the owner Art because I had a lot of change in my schedule. Art was so understanding and rescheduled every time (2x) and answered all my text messages plus answered all my calls and was very very responsive . Today both Jose and Hassan came to the house and set up to clean - they did an amazing job. Arrival time was between 10 and 12 and they arrived at 11 AM . And I felt terrible. It was almost 112° today and they worked for a good 2 1/2 hours in this hot sun. Thank you, Hassan - thank you Jose and thank you Art. I will definitely be recommending your company to friends and family. Also pricing will all depend on how filthy or clean and the size of your barbecue is - but for what I needed, it was $350! In my books, great value for money! read more

I have been using Back 2New BBQ for about 8 years. And the last 4 years the new owner Arthur has been providing the same excellent service that the previous owner gave and maybe a little bit better! So today it has been 4 years since the new owners of Back 2New BBQ have been cleaning our custom built in grill! The technician they sent out today, Nathaniel, is a virtual artist! And not to knock any of the previous tech's before but Nathaniel put a cleaning on this grill and it looks like it did when I first installed it 23 years ago! Absolutely gorgeous! Thank Nathaniel and thank you Arthur and Chris, and thank you Back 2New BBQ !!! read more

Nathaniel was professional and did a great job. Our grill now looks like we just bought it and the pricing was incredibly reasonable.

I would have recommended them as I used them before, and they did an excellent job. I still have the receipt from when they came before. I paid $200.00 but it was worth it. I called again, to have them clean it and was quoted a price that was more than double from the last time. They wanted $450.00 Are they using better products ? Doing something different ? I can understand costs are rising, but give me a break. read more

A few weeks ago, I had my 38 inch 5 burner island grill cleaned by Back to New Bbq. I was so pleased by how the grill looked after their cleaning it. The young man who serviced the grill Was professional, personable and knew what he was doing. And each time he finished with a part, he asked me to look at what he had done so far to make sure I was pleased. I found the pricing very reasonable and well worth having the work dine.
