I just had a coffee yesterday. During Rota's warmer days you'll find all their outdoor tables taken... very limited parking in front. A public parking garage is located about 4mins away from the plaza de España, in the direction of the Torre de Merced. This is in old Rota, and after your coffee or tapas, I strongly recommend a walk through the older calles which is most relaxing, along with seeing the Castillo de Luna past here towards the beach.
