When we called to request a refund for the missing items--given that our food would be cold by the time we could drive back to retrieve them--the night manager refused stating it's their policy and that she didn't make the policy. It is unacceptable that the burden of the restaurant's mistake is placed entirely on the customer, forcing us to drive back while our food gets cold rather than providing a simple refund. To make matters worse, the lettuce served with our meal was old and brown. The management displayed zero customer service skills and showed absolutely no concern for their error, ultimately making it clear that they do not value loyal, long-term patrons. We have decided to take our business elsewhere, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this establishment. Find a new night manager that can resolve restaurant mistakes that benefits the customer instead of the establishment.
