It still has not arrived to my landlord today, 10/11/22. There will be a late charge, the bank say there will be a $30+ stop payment fee, it is a hard cost for me even though it is their error. The bank thinks I should explore other options beyond bill pay. Clearly the bank offers a product that they do not stand behind. My account was debited for the rent on 9/30/22, it was clearly stated on my statement. Now I have to pay for stop payment fee, late fee on rent, overnight expense to get money to landlord.. Not good business practice on the behalf of the bank. Don't use this bank for business or personal accounts!

As soon as he saw my wife's name on the check he knew who She was, who I was, asked about our business, asked how my wife was doing, how MY job was going, I honestly felt like I was talking to an old friend. I left people's lamenting the fact that I don't get that kinda customer service from my bank OR the bank holding our business account. And now I want to switch. He deserves a raise.

We were pleased that a modest opening balance would give us a no-fee account as long as we maintained that level of funds. Also, the interest rate is higher at Wells Fargo than similar accounts in town. Matthew was polite and welcoming, making us feel like valued customers. It was a pleasant experience and we will not hesitate to call on him should other banking needs arise.

She repeatedly changed her story, saying that they shredded it, that the machine ate it already, and that they had it but would need to destroy it. Lori lied blatantly. I have no other cards or way of getting cash, and I cannot express disrespect I felt from Lori's rude and cold tone. They won't treat you like a person, and don't use their ATM.

Friday-drive thru window, I was told wire was fraudulent and being investigated, so no money. Then note was put on my file I could only speak with Anacortes manager Liz. Well after numerous calls, either Liz doesn't work often or she wasn't speaking with me. Sunday- 1-800said funds were in my acct...Monday- debit card declined ...Tuesday- calledd bank told Liz would call me Wednesday. Friday- asst manager called..my debit card is closed with my account. I asked for Liz. Liz was aggressive, judgemental and unprofessional. I would be charged for all fraudulent fees, I was a criminal, had criminal associates and even used a po box!I asked her to please write everything she was telling me and send it, she said she only had to do what law says.so, basically this bank decided 1. I am a criminal 2. Closed a long term checking account/debt card without notice 3. All done with a strong lack of professionalism and much personal Judgement. Is having a po box a crime? It is a long term box of almost 20 years. Dealing with small minded bigots is frustrating. Interviewing attorneys next week....I loved this bank but had noticed previously that Liz was unhelpful unlike last manager was. To be called and treated as a criminal...not ok.
