Food price / quality (value) rating 4. The atmosphere is a beautifully redesigned bank building with a very large outdoor dining area surrounded by large shade trees. The service was acceptable. I had the Bank Burger, served a la carte (no fries or chips, or anything other than the hamburger on a brioche bun with coleslaw, pickle and a slice of tomato for $27!!! I ended up eating the meat with my knife and fork because it was such a HUGE mess trying to eat it by hand. Ended up not even eating the roll because it was such a mess. The wife had a "Bank Bowl, which was a nicely prepared and presented salad, but the salmon was raw, so she asked for it to be cooked, which they did. They charged us $8 for tap water, $8 FOR TAP WATER!!! which really pissed me off. The whole meal was overly expensive for the food and drinks served, but they do have a nice prime location. It appears to me that the only reason this place survives is because of their complete contempt for unsuspecting tourists. read more
