Told me they would have to "capture" my card for a 4 dollar and 10 dollar charge. Then she wanted to cancel my overdraft protection! I never thought I would get treated like this at this credit union. Run!! I know of someone they just took a few overdraft charges off of. I only asked about a $4 and a $10. Color and age must really matter now.

African American guy came out of the corner office and greeted us with a smile. He went back into his office to attend to his client. Buy the time it was my turn, Nikki helped me. Had watched her take care clients before me, and I can say that she was very professional, friendly and helpful and fast. The teller next to her was taking care of the spanish speaking customers. Our local bank associate put the phone on speaker, at our request, to make it easier so she wouldn't have to explain what she was being told. The rep on the other end told her to pick up the phone and take her off speaker. Prior to that, another rep said have the customer call diectly, and she would not answer customer questions, on the customer support line, unless we called WITHOUT our local associate present. We could NOT get help!!! It was a terrible waste of 2 whole hours, and they were unable to resolve an issue on our corporate account which they created. So, we love the local folks but don't like REGIONS Bank and they way they handle/mis-manage customer service. The account is only 3 months old and they can't work out the kinks in their system. If they could fix the mistake they made in their "default" account creation, we could live with it, but they can't fix their own errors.
