The prescriptions were charged in full but never given. When asked about them because I kept running out of medication I was told I had to bring in the refill slip which I did and I let them know I would be back to pick it up with my other prescription later. Came back to pick up prescription and they told me I didn't give them the slip. So guess what no medication! This was the second time. Out $60 plus no medication. We had made our guests' welcome bags with the shuttle information prior to the event and we found out the timeline that we had sent to the shuttle company a few weeks prior never was approved by their team. This just led to a quiet ride and bored us a bit on the ride back to town. Having some tunes would have helped! They did what they had to do the day of and executed just fine.
