Right off the bat, they ask families to participate in fundraising and donate, but it makes me wonder where that money is going because there are still so many areas that need attention. There is very little shade throughout the playground and outdoor areas, which is especially concerning for the kids on hot days. The bathrooms are also very old and rundown and look like they haven't been updated in 20+ years. I know this because I've been around the school for quite some time. I've even noticed pipes dripping, which is concerning. I've also seen some messy and disorganized classrooms. The before- and after-school program could use improvement as well. There doesn't seem to be much engagement, and the kids are often left sitting by themselves without much to do. It would be nice if they had an open area with books, art supplies, puzzles, or other activities available so the kids could keep themselves occupied and have something productive to do. Overall, the school has potential and seems like it could be a great school, but I feel like some of the money being raised could be put toward much-needed upgrades, maintenance, and improving the students' overall experience.

The walls and ceilings in almost every classroom and hallways are tearing down and the bathrooms are always dirty and written all over. The sinks in the bathroom don't work for long periods of time. The pool is not in service and it needs to be fixed and cleaned. And the staff in the offices never take a students side when they think wrong of something. The counselors do not help out the students whatsoever and just push them away telling them to come back but when they do come back they repeat the same thing. The only good staff member in there as of right now is Ms. Susette and the nurse, Ms. Quitzia but that's about it I love them both with my whole souls because they were the only ones who actually helped me in classes and helped me get through the year in one peice. And they are even trying to get rid of ms quitizia which is stupid to me she did nothing wrong. The security Mrs Stephany is rude and jealous of little girls. Always calling out girls breasts showing in the slightest in front of men security guards. I think this school is just a whole shit show and should be shut down. The new murals and hallway college banners are awesome. This year my daughter participated in an awesome SBAC parade! It has been a great year. I feel we should have pride for our community and school and not post negative comments. I'm sad to read that someone would say negative remarks about the school. I have not had the same experience. I have always been greeted and helped at the office. I wonder if the person who wrote the previous review had a badge or the dog had a service dog tag or label. Keep up the good work!!! Go RAMS!!!

My daughter who is a cheerleader at that school told me that there's some girls that have been in…read morefights and that the school hasn't even expelled them or sent them to another school. I spoke to a staff that works after school and she told me that the school is short of staff. She even told me that the school mostly has women working as campus aides and that the school needs to hire more males as campus aides to supervise nutrition and lunch. Administration should be ashamed. They will only change if there's a lawsuit.
