We participate in auditions regularly and have never encountered anything like this. When we arrived, a staff member dismissively said, "We don't take little kids," in a condescending tone, as though the situation was amusing. There was nothing in the casting notice indicating that the audition was limited to adults or that there were any age restrictions whatsoever. It is incredibly unprofessional to omit such an important detail and then treat families with disrespect after they have invested their time and effort. My daughter was excited and prepared, only to be turned away in a humiliating manner. I would strongly recommend avoiding this organization. There are many other theater companies and casting organizations that communicate clearly and treat children and families with the professionalism and courtesy they deserve.

Great Friday night improv show! Skits-n-Giggles performed…read moretonight and they did not disappoint. The show was so funny, good audience participation. This was a Halloween / spooky show with a twist. I am a big fan! The troupe rotates members so it's never the same show. The venue is small but very nice. This is also a dance studio. They offer drinks like beer, wine and soda. Snacks like popcorn, chocolate and fresh cookies. Staff is so nice. Tonight they did dancing after the show. Parking spaces are limited but a neighbor business ( The wreck room) allows parking in their lot. And the venue just added slot machines.

Was finally able to find it by searching McAninch Arts Center (MAC). The exhibit is cool, loved the eki (train station) stamps for the passport you're given. I wasn't expecting much and it lived up to expectations. After experiencing it do I think it was worth the $27/per person admission? Not for me. But it's still cool and definitely worth a visit if you're an art enthusiast.

This place is anything but cranky old men complaining about the war. My first experience here was completely surprising. I came for the Friday fish fry with my father and the nugget, who was a baby at the time. During Lent, this place is PACKED with people on Friday nights. I could not believe it. While waiting for my fish to arrive, I got a glass of wine at the bar. I thought I misheard the price...nope I didn't...it was soooo cheap compared to a bar or restaurant. After I bit into a nice meaty piece of fried fish, I was hooked (buh duh cha). The fish fry continues all year long...not just during Lent. Don't like fish, no problem. They have Italian Beef sandwiches, hot dogs, and fried shrimp. The price of your meal also includes coffee, and cake for dessert. You can't go wrong. Don't forget to bring some cash for the raffles. They usually do a 50/50 raffle, and some other thing. For Valentine's Day there was a delicious pork dinner and a band. For St. Paddy's they do a corned beef dinner. High suggested! Tuesday is Bingo and Thursday is wing night. There is almost always something going on here. Check it out!

Years that same director abused me again following a request he remove a photo of me having a costume malfunction in another production (see screenshots.) As this event was very public, as a courtesy I made them aware. They essentially dismissed it as not their problem, ands said they'd review "Not in our house" guidelines for anything new. For me, it's very much in their house. At the end of the day, they continue to use and enable a documented abuser of women. As a result, I'll never return or act here again.

As the designated picker upper the other night, when I pulled up to the place, the entire front window was steamed up to the hilt. The way it looked I expected the Lord of the Dance to come tapping out the door. But I could vaguely make out a couple of future "colleens", in pretty black and orange dresses, bouncing up and down. Non stop. They have varied hours at this location, evenings too, and not only is the school "parent friendly" but my niece loves her teacher. She also can't seem to get enough of Irish dancing ... also a credit to her teacher. At this stage in her dancing career, the cost is based on dancing in a group for a number of lessons. I have also been forewarned about upcoming recitals and shows; she's hooked. Erin go bragh!
