In leaving my reviews of finding their experience with office staff to be unsatisfactory, an employee left me a voice mail stating that I am being defamatory and they would seek legal action against me for leaving my honest review. Let's be clear, my truthful review was not defamatory, as it was my experience that Cari was rude, and she stated if I wanted to escalate my complaint to Dr. Ash I would have to pay out of pocket for an eye exam and that would be the *ONLY* way to lodge my complaint.

Selection: 4 Service: 5…read moreConvenience: 3.5 Value: 3.5 - 4 Bottom Line: The best place to go for your cowboy needs in the Southwest Colorado area. Selection: We came in for a hat and whatever else we could find. After going through a number of hats we found the right one. There were plenty of clothes and home decorations to choose from. Especially tose signs with the funny sayings. Service: The person who helped us was very helpful and attentive. Especially considering we didn't look like, what i would imagine, her standard customer. And, even worse, we were from California. City folks!! The receipt said the sales person was Kelly so maybe it was the owner. Any who she was great! Convenience: It was a little hard to find and on the east end of town. But it was easy on and off the main highway. Value: We paid a little less than another place we stopped into for the same hat. The pricing was on par for other places we had been to. Overall this place gets a 4 to 4.5 stars.
