VERY GOOD FOOD!!! Visited for lunch, right at noon on a Friday and the place wasn't busy. Order our food and sat down. Pretty quickly they called our order. It looked good and tasted even better! Once I realized hohe good it was I was shocked the place wasn't packed!! Well decorated, or good ambiance, but this place is all about the food!! Our group got the sweet and sour chicken, sushi and duck. It was all delicious! When done eating you out your dishes and trash against the wall, busing your own table. They take credit card and there is plenty of parking but this place is on the US base so you have to have base access to get here. Highly recommended, I'll be back for sure! read more

Is it mid Asian food? Yes. Is it conveniently on base with an abundance of parking? Yes. Will I be back knowing all this? Probably not. The staff is friendly, my sushi to go was made in under 15 minutes, and it was not half bad. It is not the best sushi ever but it certainly beats grocery store. I know there is a ton of sushi joints here in Germany but this was convenient and I didn't want to fight traffic (it was 5:30pm). For what it was, it wasn't bad. I almost didn't even try it because of the bad reviews. Yes, it's on base in a truly dying strip mall and the bathroom is in the casino next door. We went on a Sunday and there was few other customers and the cashier was on her phone a lot. I didnt like that the sushi combos were all pre selected and you could barely tell what was in them from the poorly written menu and pics on the wall. Small beer selection. It's a hole in the wall. Despite all that we will definitely go back. Beats the fast food at the px. Food was well priced for Europe and everything we had (sushi, shrimp dumplings, veggie and pork spring rolls, chicken fried rice) was really tasty. read more

Finally there is a decent restaurant on base. Everything I've had was made fresh, and the prices are quite reasonable. It's great to both have a nice meal before walking over to the Taunus theater for a movie, and to get out of the movie and stop in for some late night noodles. read more

Food we had was Good. However $3.00 for a small bottle of water has stopped us from go back. Had a noddle dish did not try the sushi, so cannot say if it was tasteful. A soup "looked" really good. This place is on an Military location so is restricted to many people. read more

It's good Chinese food. It's better than the Chinese places we've tried off post. I would agree this is the best restaurant on base. With that said, it is pretty pricey. Its a good place. We'll keep coming back. read more

This place is great. They are quick and the sushi is great. For being small, they have a decent amount of choices for sushi and stirfrys. So if you want something quick and last minute, call in a to go order, or go in to order and maybe wait 10-15 mins. read more

Been here several times now and I thought I would give my two cents on the place having gone at least 4 times. Their sushi menu makes no sense, I wish they would let you order JUST a California roll, or just one tuna roll, but instead each sushi menu item has to come with other rolls on the menu. The first time I ordered food I picked up a Pad Thai, and it had no flavor at all, no peanuts, nothing. I would not recommend it. I then came back and ordered sushi. The sushi was okay, nothing spectacular. The lady times I've come I ordered their red Curry's and those were very good. I enjoyed the rice that came with each and was happy with my meals. So basically just get curry. The customer service is always good but I really wish they just focused maybe on one kind of Asian country and stuck to that food. The menu is all over the place trying to please everyone, but really they need to focus on a few things and making them right. read more

In Germany there are "Asian" restaurants that try to cover diverse cuisines while doing none of them justice. This place was no exception. We ordered chicken fried rice--how can that be screwed up??--and Szechuan chicken. The fried rice was very mediocre--we choked down about half because we were very hungry; the Szechuan chicken tasted as though an entire container of salt had been dumped on it. This place was terrible when I visited. My husband and I both had noodle dishes, I had the pad Thai and it was very unflavorful, very unlike real pad Thai. The drinks were also grossly overpriced. Went here once. Ordered over $70 worth of food for 2 adults and 4 children (noodles dishes mostly). Never went again. Maybe we are expecting too much or maybe we are just too Asian. The take out near Metro in MainzKastel is much better and cheaper! This restaurant needs improvement. read more
