This morning, I decided to branch out and take advantage of the Monument store's 20% off sale Hyde products. I purchased a Strawberry Ice Cream flavored vape. As usual, I opened the vape in store to ensure the vape was in working order before I left. Upon tasting this, I found that it was HANDS DOWN the absolute worst flavor I have EVER tasted in the entirety of my time using vapes. I'd be absolutely shocked if this was not a defective unit. After communicating this to the employee in the store, I was told several things, all of which were unacceptable including: - "this is way it is supposed to taste" - "well it smells the way the box does so it must be fine" - "our return policy does not cover bad flavors." I was simply astounded at these responses. Never at any point during this experience did I outright ask for my money back - I simply wanted an exchange for a working unit! It's extremely disappointing to know that a store selling inhaled products has such a lack of concern for their customers. An attempt was made to escalate to management but my information was simply written down (4 hours ago now) as there seems to be 0 in-store management personnel at any of their locations. In conclusion, I will NEVER be returning to any of the Chief Vapor locations and will be telling every single person I speak to about this until management can correct the situation.

I found a hand emulsifier discounted $20.00 under a major online site I frequent. Score! However, pillows and mattress pads was an epic fail. Similar pillows and some from the same brand were $20-$40.00 less across the street at a large unnamed store. However, Kohls does have amazing finds and sales that if you keep your eyes open and check the interwebs you will pay a fraction of what you would anywhere else. I typically only go for kitchen and house wares. With names like Kitchenaide etc. I stop here before heading to the larger home supply stores. I haven't bought any clothes here but they have a massive selection of workout wares and even a whole section representing local sports teams like the Broncos and Rockies.

They told me the pot I had was too large and needed to size down. I was able to use their potting station to transfer the roots into new soil and holder, I really loved the pot I had, so I filled it with lava rocks and sat my plant on top. I couldn't believe this was all complimentary even though I did not get this plant from them. They truly helped me save the pink lady, there is so much new growth and its gained color back! My next plant purchase was with them and yours should be too! They have a wide range of plants to offer and expert advice!
