For the past few years I have had problems with ants coming in our bathroom and pantry. I called several agencies in town and was met with apathy about my problem. I was consistently told it would be at least a week before anyone could come to my home. I called Bama Exterminating and the young woman who answered the phone was so helpful and truly seemed to CARE about my problem. After explaining the severity of my problem, she asked me if someone could come to my home that afternoon! She told me she would send me a picture of the young man who would be coming to my home. The price I was quoted was VERY reasonable, and less than the other companies I had previously called. They came that afternoon at the exact time I was told, and the young man was so professional, personable and knowledgeable. He took a great deal of time explaining what he was doing, why he was doing it and things I could do to decrease the ant problem. I asked about a monthly service for pest control, and he was able to answer all of my questions on the spot! (it was obvious this company takes great pride in their training program)! I signed up for the monthly service and as of this writing I can say Bama Exterminating is, by far, the best company in the Tuscaloosa area. I would reccomend their services to anyone!! read more

I used Bama Exterminating for their services to help me with a little mouse problem I had. After months of trying to get this mouse and it's little friend, they were finally able to help me. Cassandra was so helpful in letting me know the exact services they provided as well as a very detailed explanation as to what the process was to get rid of the problem. She understood my frustration and was very helpful in reassuring me that they would definitely take care of the issue. Unfortunately the damage had already been done from these horrible mice and my doorbell no longer works from the wires they were able to chew through but Bama Exterminating were very quick in finding the little culprits and finally getting rid of them. I am not a customer of Bama but ran into one of your guys at the gas station by Winn dixie on 69 south. I believe he said his name was Troy mid aged gentleman with a beard. I was coming out of the store and dropped everything I had been carrying including my wallet, he graciously helped me pick it up and was so very polite. The technicians at Bama Exterminating did a thorough home inspection at no charge, then educated us on the pest control options available to us. After trying numerous do-it-yourself bed bug removal treatments and professional chemical treatments by other extermination companies that didn't work, we ended up calling them and using their new Heat Treatment system to get rid of bed bugs in our vacation condo. Used Bama for general pest control, and it was very effective from the first treatment. The scheduling was easy and they showed up on time.
