Called them over a drainage issue. They came quickly to give us an estimate on doing the project. The price was fair so we agreed to do it. We did have to wait a few weeks but weather was not cooperating. They came out. and got the job done, cleaned up and everything looks great. So far this has resolved our issue. Asked them to help rectify a water drainage issue. Austin came out on 2 occasions to assess the issue. Once before pool installed and once after. We asked specifically both times if french drain system would be best and both times responded "no, there is enough dirt here to build up areas and allow for drainage out the middle of the back yard." Assured us that we would no longer have this problem after they were done. Based on this info they sent us a quote and agreed to have work done. Austin also assured us that he would be on site for the entire project to ensure was done properly. Day of work, Austin bails after couple hours when done unloading the river rock. Guy with skid steer does his thing and then lay down 3 pallets of sod. All is ok until the next big rain. We have the same issue with standing water in the exact same areas as before all the work was done. Going on 5 days now after the rain storm and there is still standing water. Sod is dying from it. I texted Austin to let him know and he came back out to look and said "you need a french drain system." He also responded with a bunch of lies about how it was discussed about pool placement, septic field lines, etc...prevented them from doing it properly and that it was discussed. He also responded that we discussed that there might still be a standing water issue. This was all lies. He NEVER discussed specific pool placement or moving from where we had planned. NEVER discussed septic field lines preventing from "cutting down" into yard because we were going to be building up areas. And NEVER discussed possibility of it not working. I would have NEVER agreed to pay almost $3400 on something that MIGHT work. Extremely dishonest. Knew what the fix needed to be but didnt care and just wanted the $$$ rather than helping fix a problem. read more
