I had a bridge made and fitted in Alpers Dental in 2013. It was not made clear to me by the staff…read moreback then that the bridge was put in on a soft glue, so I assumed it was permanent. It cost me a lot of money. I am a retired carpenter and have no family. I spent all my mother's inheritance on that treatment. Two and a half years later the bridge fell out. I went back to Alpers and they took my bridge telling me they would clean off the old glue and put it back in with a permanent glue. The bridge looked fine to me and wasn't damaged. Four days later they told me my bridge was useless and refused to give it back to me, saying they are holding onto it. After I insisted, they handed me back what they called my old bridge which was all broken. Alpers then referred me onto a partner dentist for a new very expensive treatment. I will strongly suggest do not visit Alpers Dental. They just do if for their business. Not for your care.

As with any healthcare problem the goal should always be to find what the underlying cause is. This is a philosophy that we take very seriously at Alpers and which you will hear spoken about a lot.

No one likes going to the dentist. Drills, injections, gritty toothpastes and mouthwashes, rubber…read moregloves and waiting rooms - there aren't many good things that can be said about them. The fact that they usually charge a small fortune is yet another reason to avoid going to the dentist, however none of these issues are that relevant when considering Green Bay Dental. Green Bay Dental is dedicated to providing locals with all the dental services they require - with hygienists, orthodontists and dentists on hand - and are determined to do so for a reasonable price. These guys understand how difficult it can be to find both the time and the money one needs to properly take care of their teeth and gums, so try to make the entire process as easy, pain free and cost effective as possible. Not only is this mindset a huge bonus, but the staff at Green Bay Dental are also the nicest dentists and hygienists I've ever met. I recommend seeing Dr. Bruce Perrett, in particular. He is really friendly, pretty funny, works quickly and thoroughly and always has great artwork on the ceiling above his dentist chair. Next time you're due for a dental check up or need some serious dental work done make sure you give Bruce and his dental team at Green Bay a call - you won't regret signing up with these guys!

OMG never had so much pain from a dental clean. I came here because all my family members…read morerecommended it. I had a 8am appointment and arrived early like 745am. Walk up to the door and I see the reception and the hygienist (they saw me too) - pretty much ignored me and let me stand in the wind and rain until 8am open time. I had Erin the hygienist, I know my teeth had a little build up hence the clean. She said it might be a little pain and I'm used to dentist normal drilling etc. I don't know if she was rushing or what - said we got 30 mins and we might have to get you back in a second time. But for the next 30 mins it was like hell. She was cleaning it way too aggressive, I think my mouth was full of blood, keep nipping at my gum with the drill. She said to say something if it hurts, how do you say anything with a drill in your mouth full of blood. She should've used local anaesthetic or simple numbing spray. If she told me she was going to butcher my gum I would've put numbing cream on before the appointment. Never going back again. Now seeking another dentistry that doesn't rush and hack your teeth like they are hygienist training camp when they practising on a fake mould.
