I asked to have a mechanic speak with me since I'd have to have it towed and don't want to waste time and money if they can't help. Well, it's been 3 days now and no call. Shame because I also needed some bodywork done and probably would have used them for that had I gotten any kind of customer service.

I trusted Glenn's for years. I wish I had questioned them sooner…read more They charged me about $1,300 to repair an oil leak. When it persisted, I returned under warranty and was told there was no leak. Two months later, I returned for my PA inspection. Glenn's now found a different "hazardous" oil leak and would fail the inspection unless I authorized $2,500+ in repairs on the spot. I refused, they failed my inspection. I took the car to Mercedes-Benz Fort Washington, they passed the inspection, found those repairs unnecessary, and found the active leak was still coming from Glenn's prior repair. Glenn's picture showed me where the oil leak had traveled to, not the source of it. If you filter though the PR noise and do your research, you will notice my experience is not isolated.

Ken's has helped with general maintenance and repair on our cars ranging from an old Ford Ranger to a new Audi A5--always ensuring they actually identify and solve problems before returning the vehicle and always being reasonable with their prices and great with their communication. They make the whole process easy and, bonus, never make me feel ridiculous for using sound effects to try to explain what's wrong with my car. I had no choice but to allow Sanatoga Auto Body to do the tow, since my roadside assistance was not covering the cost. The tow was a distance of 5.3 miles - a very short distance from their shop. I was charged $150 for the tow itself, and $20 for a fuel charge. I didn't realize it cost $20 to drive 10.6 miles combined distance. That must mean their tow truck gets 1.88 miles to the gallon! WOW! Then, a second tow to a shop for a combined total distance of 21.6 miles, was an other $100. So, why the drastic difference in cost per mile? When I asked the receptionist about this, she fumbled her explanation, saying it was figured out on a "by-job-basis" and negotiated each time. Translation to this: We take advantage of our customers when we can. The receptionist also acted extremely rude on the phone, and hung up on me once. I had to go confront the shop owner in person. I'm a four-year military veteran with a 6-month pregnant wife. I remained calm, nice, and reasonable when discussing this with the owner, Paul, the entire time. They refused to cut even $20 off the total bill, and only accepted cash payments - because people were cancelling their credit card payments, due to the outrageous, scam prices. Do not EVER give this place your business. If they lie about cost and profit on a simple tow job, imagine how they act when they actually figure price on fixing your car.

If you want the BEST customer service, price, and warranty, you must go to Piazza Hyundai!…read more I was on the market for a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle and spent a great deal of time doing research. I discovered Piazza Hyundai of Pottstown through autotrader.com and their prices were by far the most competitive. There was one vehicle that caught my eye so I decided to request an online quote. Stephanie Kimbro immediately reached out to me. She was AMAZING. I shared with her that I live in NJ and was planning on driving 2 hours to her dealership. She saved me a ton of time and hassle making sure that I had all of the appropriate documents since this would be my first time driving again after selling my car when I accepted a job in NYC two years ago. Apparently in order to register the car in my state I needed to have an in-state D.L. as well as insurance. I was able to act quickly the day before my trip and turn in my NC D.L for a NJ D.L. Stephanie saved the day, ensuring that my next step in their dealership went smoothly. She also put a hold sign on the vehicle that I had my heart set on. Upon arriving at the dealership I met with the sales representative, Alex Weisberger, who had been scheduled to facilitate my test ride. He came across as being genuinely kind and knowledgeable with a good sense of humor. I immediately liked him. Alex walked me to the SUV that had put on hold for me and told me all about the vehicle. It turned out the vehicle was not the one for me and I decided not to test drive. Alex handled the situation gracefully, inquired further as to what my must haves and dislikes were, and set out to find me my perfect vehicle. He went into his database and told me he had found what he thought was going to be a perfect fit. His instincts were right on and I fell in love with the vehicle. I had a lot of fun on my test drive with Alex; he put me at ease as I felt my driving skills were a little rusty for not having driven in couple years. When we got back to the dealership to complete the paperwork he kept the conversation going and made what typically is a mind numbing and boring process, enjoyable! Finally, I met with Liz, who finalized the paperwork. She was very efficient and fun which I appreciated. The process took a lot less time than I had anticipated. Overall, I had an amazing experience with Piazza Hyundai of Pottstown and could not recommend them more highly. Their prices are the best and the level of service I was provided could not be beat. Every associate that walked by me gave a warm friendly smile or a "hello" and seemed sincerely happy to be working at this dealership. As a Sales Manager myself, this something that I truly appreciate. Finally, the Hyundai warranty is the best on the market in my opinion; 10 year/100,000 miles. The bottom line is I have found my new favorite car dealership and despite living two hours away, I will be back when the time comes to buy another car.
