This year, they inspected the backflow preventer, turned on the system, and "tested" it. They left. When I conducted my own testing, I found that one station has a bad valve. Does not shut off entirely. This is an obvious problem - one of the heads spouts water a foot high. Area around each head is a literal swamp. We immediately called them. They refused to come back and fix it - even though they missed the problem when "testing" and even though repairs are covered by the contract. This was April 30. They scheduled the repair for JUNE 1. I cannot imagine what that kind of leak would cost me over a month. We were forced to shut the system down entirely. This is not acceptable. Zero stars if I could.
