Yesterday, (3/23/2023) we decided to place a second order for shipping this spring. Not having mail delivery to our residence, I called to clarify their shipping policies. I dialed their 800 number and followed the prompts. One option was "if you wish to add to your existing order" please press.... " so I did. A rep answered the phone and impatiently barked into the receiver "Customer Service" but did not identify herself. This is the first clue. I identified myself politely, inquired about the ability to add to the order (as was an option) and their shipping method. I was told in no uncertain terms that there is no option to add to an order, nor can they tell me how it will be shipped. It depends "on their machine." First, why is addition to an order and option if it is not? Second, why cannot you assist a customer with concerns regarding shipping? She was so rude, curt and unprofessional that I hung up. This unidentified individual was very poor representative of any business concern, especially in a service capacity. The only reason that they were given THREE stars instead of one was solely that I have been happy with their stock.

I do not agree with or understand the negative comments, especially the ridiculous one about owners being "super wealthy". The owners are not "super wealthy" and actually work right at the Randolph store with their families. I know this because I asked one of the owners a question thinking he was just a worker. He went out of his way to help me and through talking with him found they are very normal people that love the Lord. Jungs is top notch as a nursery and provides excellent products. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The call was to about 5 tree removal services in our area. Paradise Gardens was the very 1st to respond to our call. The inspection and explanation on how the removal was very easy to understand. Plus our yard has sum challenges. Such as wet ground in the spring and summer with normal to above rainfall. Also the Charter and telephone utility boxes within 6 feet and our neighbors property. We scheduled an appointment and was told late June or July depending on weather. They realized we were in a dry patch of weather this early summer and came in early June. Kudos for remembering our situation. Paradise Gardens Nursery showed up with a good handful of very professional crew that new the exact job that needed to be done. The clean up after removal was top notch as we had to do no clean up either. They are a local service and I highly recommend them for a tree removal service.
