They are extremely nice! They made the experience super fun and enjoyable, I recommended the activity to all my friends. They even took some photos for us in the balloon.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. Everyone was so friendly and made the experience better. We flew for at least 1 hour and every minute of it was so enjoyable. I could not recommend a better place. Thank you so much!!

I've already lost the debate, but I never remembered saying that I wanted to go hot air ballooning. So you could imagine the surprise on my face when I got it as a birthday gift from my gf (I was trying to figure out if it was a gift for me or her....hmm, the plot thickens). =) She scheduled it for sunrise so we had to wake up at the crack of dawn and drive out to Clinton, NJ (55-60 miles from NYC). We got to the meeting area (a field behind the Spain Inn II restaurant) and helped set up. They unfurled the balloon, laid it on the field, and reality set in. Was I really going to go up thousands of feet in the air in a wicker basket, flame thrower, and balloon? We took a few set up pictures, signed a waiver, and hurdled our way into the baskets. We were up in the air in no time and there wasn't much room in the basket for 5 people (turning around in place was not an option). You better bring a camera along because you're going to get some nice shots of the sunrise, the morning fog in the valley, other balloons, the NYC skyline, and as far out as Pennsylvania. People waved to us as we hovered over their house (there is a French tradition of giving a bottle of champagne if you land on someone's property). We were up in the air for about 45 minutes to an hour, landed on a school's playing field, and were shuttled back to the starting point for mimosas and danishes. We met the owner (Tom) after we landed and he was very nice. He showed us his photo album of balloon festivals around the world and his travels with Malcolm Forbes. Its definitely something to put on your bucket list.

Paid full price for a 45min to an hour flight and we got 25 mins from this guy!! Rip off!

I can't remember the guys name but it was the ballon with the bee! He was the guy with the yellow shirt and hat. Flight was suppose to be 45mins to 1 hr long as advertised and he gave us 25mins meanwhile the other cpls had at least 45 mins and this was suppose to be a birthday surprise and romantic! The guy was not friendly and was rushing everything so he can clearly go home! Paid $825 for an overnight package and what a waste of money!! Never again! Please support the other companies because this one was a complete waste of money and all they do is cut it short! This was a big regret! If you do decide to go here please choose someone else!!!

Great great experience. Hot Air Balloon Ride was on my bucket list, and finally found that special someone I wanted to share it with. Booked an AM Sunrise Ride with Cindy. She is great, was very helpful, answered all my questions. There were other options, but the reason why I booked with Inflight, Cindy was always available via phone to answer any questions. Now I was a little worried about the Pilot, read some reviews that some of the pilots can be a-holes, which can ruin the experience, and I have to say our Piliot Tim and his family was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. They made it very special, and was so helpful taking pics for us. Inflight and Tim was the best.

I really appreciated the attention to safety. You could really see that Kevin, his crew and the other ballooners were all very careful about the weather. The experience of ballooning was absolutely fantastic. It was magical. The feeling of safety and serenity in the basket is not something that can be put into words. We found Tom's air balloon company online. We called him Friday morning and pleaded with him to schedule us on such short notice. He was extremely nice about the last minute scheduling and accommodated us, he booked us for a balloon ride on Saturday morning based on weather conditions. We had a BLAST!! This was such an amazing experience and Tom's funny personality made it even more enjoyable! Although my family and I were a little nervous at first, Tom showed us that he took all safety measures and precautions which made us feel better. His jokes also helped ease our nerves lol. It was 6 of us plus Tom as the pilot so seven of us in total. The balloon was a little cramped up in air but we all fit with a little wiggle room. Upon request, Tom even allowed us to bring mimosas for a toast while up in the air as long as we brought plastic cups. The experience was amazoning, once in a lifetime! Beautiful views, perfect weather, and SO PEACEFUL! From up above we got to see farmlands, wild deers running, horses, cattle, Delaware river and so much more! Tom did not have many reviews when we looked him up online but he's been doing this for 30+ years. I guess most of his business is through word of mouth. I would highly recommend him if you are considering going in a hot air balloon! Fantastic experience!

According to their website, this is the first of three hot air balloon festivals in Warren County, created in 2021 for artists and crafters. This event was called the "Hot Air Balloons, Arts & Crafts Festival," and there were vendors, food trucks, live music, as well as activities and entertainment (mostly geared toward kids) such as axe throwing, a video arcade trailer, bounce house, face painting, crafts, a clown walking around doing tricks, a robo-dog, drone flying demo, rocket building & launch, and my toddler's favorite - a giant tub of Legos lol. You could also pay to go up in a tethered balloon ($30 adult/$20 child 4-12yo), but the line was long and didn't seem to be moving too fast so we abandoned that idea. The highlight was of course the balloon launch, which began in the late afternoon into early evening, one after another. It was a sight to behold as the colorful balloons drifted over the horizon. We laid out our picnic blankets on the grass, ate food and walked around while watching the balloons take off. Toward the end of the evening, 7-8ish, there was a dance party with a DJ and pretty good music, which lasted until sunset. Very fun for the kids (and me!), and the DJ booth gave away light-up bracelets and other glow-in-the-dark accessories to everyone! Finally, we stayed to watch the special monster balloon be inflated before leaving as it was getting dark and colder. Parking and check-in were a beeeze and very organized. The event is family friendly and we thought the price was reasonable especially if you buy a family pack.

3.5 Have been to a balloon festival and fair just once…read morebefore - there was a lot to do/see and many hot air balloons were released. Had some expectations when we decided to go last-minute to this one held in Warren Community College, Washington NJ. It was the last for this summer. Pay for admission on their website or at the location. $10/adult, $5/parking. Got the family rate at $35, for up to 5 people, parking included- good deal. Parking was very organized. Our QR code was scanned at ticketing tent and got wristbands. Was told we could leave and return with the bands (Could have gone to an outdoor bbq place we drove by on the way.) Festival started at 2pm, we got there at 3pm. In the open grassy field of the college so was warm under the sun. Shade under trees, tents. Make sure to have sun protection and something to sit on. Had my yelp blanket in the car so laid it on the nice grass and used my yelp Mets fan to cool off. No balloons yet so we decided to see what's at the fair. First we saw a remote-operated dog. It was walking around, checking out food menus haha and interacting with people. So cool. For food/drinks, prices from $4 for hotdogs with different toppings, to $10-$25 from the various food trucks/tents. We just ate so got fried oreos and funnel cake at $10 each; iced coffees from The Laughing Goat in the cutest food truck (a local coffee place). Their iced americano had good flavor, more than their iced coffee. Not much for us adults to do there so didn't need to come too early. Unless you want to pay to go in one of the 3 tethered balloons, which went on til dark; axe-throwing (not bad at $5 for 5 min) or the "walk-into" inflated balloon for photo-op $3pp. We just checked out the few vendor tents; got our video taken in a grounded balloon basket with flames shooting up, flew a small drone. There was a juggler with different props - learned how to use the chinese yoyo, etc. Little kids had face-painting; made paper rockets and launched them; a small bounce house, etc. Heard there was going to be a dance party too. At close to 5pm, we got our spot with a great view of the balloons being inflated. First one went up about 45min later. 8 balloons so not as many as our first experience. Still, nice to watch. At about 7pm, 4 more balloons were inflated, which included the finale Monster balloon. We decided to leave when it got dark and the monster was still down. Too bad. We wish they started on it much earlier.

My wife purchased two tickets for a hot air balloon flight from this company. The intention behind…read morethe purchase was meaningful--it was my elderly mother-in-law's dream, and this was a rare opportunity to fulfill it. Unfortunately, due to injury, weather, and logistical constraints, we were never able to take the flight. While I can understand that small businesses have their policies, I believe our experience highlights serious concerns that other potential customers should know before booking, particularly those who do not live near the launch site or who have caregiving or work responsibilities. We were not asking for anything unreasonable. The flights we attempted to book were never full--we confirmed this each time--so our rescheduling or cancellation would not have prevented anyone else from flying. Despite this, after four cancellations on their part due to weather and two proactive reschedulings on our part (in anticipation of poor conditions), the company refused to offer even a partial refund. This policy remained unchanged even though our cancellations were rooted in legitimate weather concerns and the need to avoid long overnight travel for my wife and elderly mother-in-law. Their refusal to acknowledge this reality, coupled with dismissive remarks such as "we don't know what weather app you're using," was frankly insulting. It's the standard weather app available on every smartphone. What compounds the problem is the rigidity of their scheduling policy. They will not confirm whether a flight is going ahead until 8:00 PM the night before a 5:15 AM departure. For anyone coming from New York City (a multi-hour journey), this is deeply impractical. We once had to cancel a trip 30 minutes before departure from our home simply because they wouldn't confirm earlier, despite clear weather warnings. This lack of flexibility and poor customer support creates a high-stakes gamble for anyone not located nearby. Add the cost of travel, overnight accommodations, and the risk of last-minute cancellations, and the actual cost of this experience balloons to $1000 or more for two people. Despite repeated attempts to make use of our tickets before expiration, we were thwarted by several company-initiated cancellations due to weather. They did offer us a one-week extension, which we appreciated. However, when we politely asked for a refund after a month of unsuccessful rescheduling, they abruptly declared our tickets expired. Only when we pushed back did they reverse that statement--something that felt more like strategic positioning than good-faith customer service. The shift in tone when they learned we intended to post a review was striking and disingenuous. It felt like damage control, not sincere effort to rectify the situation. To be clear, I don't doubt that the balloon ride itself may be beautiful. But potential customers need to know that this company is extremely inflexible, often unprofessional in tone, and not equipped to accommodate anyone traveling from outside their local area. The risks--financial and logistical--are significant. This isn't just about a missed flight; it's about a poorly designed customer experience that leaves no room for the real-life variables most people have to consider. If you don't live nearby and have no margin for disruption, I would strongly advise against booking.

I wasn't able to make the Sat morning…read moreaccession because I was out late on Friday but it worked out as balloons did not ascend that morning. We came for Sunday morning and had to wake up bright and early to make the drive down. The event is super well organized with many signs and people pointing to the parking lot. Be prepared with cash for the $10 parking. Yup people charging for parking in the middle of a field in NJ. Wish they would just add the price of parking to the ticket price. Also they are very strict about bottles of water and made us throw out our bottles even though barely any vendors are open for the morning accession. I had to rate it a 4 stars because of how much fun I had and I think if you don't get a chance to see the balloons ascend, it's pretty much a bust - so gambling on the weather for the weekend. Fortunately weather worked out for me - look at all the balloons. Love that they played music while balloons are inflating and when they are released - for example they played the Tasmanian devil soundtrack when it took off. There was barely a breeze on the ground but the winds higher up must have been wild because the balloons did not even hang around and quickly went out of view. Therefore I wasn't able to get the shot of probably like 40 plus balloons in the sky. Right after the balloons took off, they had a 5K and the human cannonball was the starting gong! Very exciting start to the race. We then went for a tethered ride which was 25 bucks for 2 minutes in the air and total 5 minutes (getting in and out and going up). Worth it to float above ground and get a sense of you feel comfortable in a balloon basket before spring for 200 per person for a real balloon ride. We didn't hang around for the rest of the day but your ticket allows you to re enter so if you did live nearby you could probably come back during the evening for the afternoon accession. Tips: - check the weather forecast before buying tickets (the organizers cannot control the weather and they need perfect weather for balloons to go up) - bring lots of cash - be open minded and have loads of fun.

This event is really a hit or miss and all about what kind of experience you want. I went last year…read moreand it was too windy for the balloons to ascend. It's unfortunate because your overpriced $40 ticket isn't valid to try again another day. They advertise the balloon ascension above all else so it's no surprise to me that people get upset every year when the weather isn't stable for the ascension. They do say it is weather permitting though. I visited this year only because I was one of the Yelp giveaway winners for 2 free tickets. They did not tell me that much in advance so my friend I would've invited already bought a ticket. Luckily I made an effort to speak with the Will Call staff (they did not even know there was a Yelp giveaway) and the supervisor came over to help find someone to buy my friend's ticket from her. That was very nice of her. Based on my experience last year and reading comments on their IG I made sure to bring toilet paper (sometimes there is none in the porta-potties), hand sanitizer, and a portable fan. I would not bring heavy things as it is mostly walking around to different vendors, but you can go back to your car if you want. They do not allow outside food or drinks, which is problematic since it's 80-90 degree weather and the water is like $4 each. Already knowing all this info I was okay and prepared though. Me and my friends walked around to different vendors. It seemed more of a variety from last year. We bought a few items from the vendor Abovo, a boutique. My friends bought some organic soaps from Beekman Copa Soaps and they picked up Playa Bowls. I had some chicken tenders and fries and they were a whopping $15 but a lot more than what was served last year and tasted good. There was also a Pinot Grigio sample stand and picture set-up. We saw the human cannonball event and found a place to sit to wait for the ascension, which was 30 minutes late. They were setting up when they were supposed to start. I thought they would set them all up at the same time but they did it scattered and it was less balloons than I thought, which is a common complaint I've seen. They have people posted up in the parking lot to direct when you're coming in but nobody to help people leave. It took us an hour to get out the parking lot and I was worried about accidents since everyone was trying to cut in. Overall I don't think it's really worth the $40 entry + $10 parking for an ascension that may or may not happen. If you come in with wanting to see vendors, pay more for bouncy castles, a helicopter ride, or tethered balloons, then this is great for you. They also have a balloon glow at nighttime but I had to leave.
