I reached out to her after seeing her work and she was quick to respond every time we communicated. After discussing what I wanted, she created a mock up image so I could see what we discussed. We talked here and there about little details- she answered my questions and I answered hers. We also decided to add on a party favor display last minute and they were able to do that. On the day of the event, they were on time, accommodating and helpful with the party decorations. Everything went smoothly (less stress as a party host).
