Shop is very clean, elegant, classy, and very lavish looking. Prices are very affordable to the quantity and the quality of the balloons. Iris, being the owner and very personable, helpful, full of creativity, imagination, professional.. took my order and gave me exactly what I have requested for my friends's son's 5th birthday party. Can't forget to mention that they have a 24 hour delivery service. I was hoping for them to also sell novelty items and flowers; but, they don't offer those products which is still ok. My friend's son was very happy with his birthday balloons and so was his mom and the rest of their guests. I was there a week ago. Don't look any further, call or go in person and see Iris with a beautiful personality. They do it all, from custom arrangements to full blown decor. It is truly a hidden gem. Established in 2014. Great pricing, very efficient, and she will make any occasion a very memorable one for you, me, them and US! Parking is tight, metered and street parking only.

From the beginning they were incredibly professional. The first call that initiated my continued business with them went smoothly and they were upfront with estimates and- through my doubts- the team calmed them by giving me some beautiful digital renditions of what the job could look like when done! I was looking for some balloon arches all 4 times to give my guests some visual excitement and I ended up adding some balloon bouquets and garlands to fill in spots where the venue felt bland. My expectations were blasted out of the water! The balloon bouquets looked so much better than the digital renditions I was given and without fail everyone kept taking photos and loved the balloon arches! The Balloon Guy's phone assistant the third time around gave a wonderful idea about using balloon garlands around a blank wall/background to use as a photo-op. Incredible outcome!!
