My balloon columns were cute and well made. Where I had the issue: communication. The vendor went days between communicating with me. So much so, I had to have a plan B and plan C in place in case services feel thru, as it looked like it would. On the day of delivery, one Item I'd communicated I'd wanted did not show up. Turns out I was not charged for it, but that one item was crucial to my set up. Disappointed is an understatement, as simple communication that I'd ordered improperly would have gone a LONG way in my decision making in this order. read more

I wanted to send a balloon bouquet to a friend who is studying in Augusta and wanted to give this company a call since I loved the pics that are displayed on their Yelp page and website. Unfortunately they never returned my voicemail or Yelp message so I wasn't able to utilize their services.
