SCAM!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!…read more I needed large sparklers for my wedding and this website looked legit since they are located in the US (Texas) and their website states they have a "rapid ship promise" saying your items will arrive in 2-5 business days. I ordered my sparklers on April 21 for my May 7 wedding, which allowed for plenty of time given their shipping promises. My wedding week comes (May 1) and I still have not even received tracking info. I emailed....no reply. I called...no answer AND their voicemail is full so I do not even have the option to leave a voicemail. I messaged them on Instagram...no reply. I messaged them on Facebook...no reply. I sent additional emails...still no reply! I realize I am obviously being scammed by this "company" and I am not going to receive my order, so I go into my PayPal account to dispute the payment and the company had cancelled my payment this week. Seriously?? They can't answer the phone or reply to any of my emails or messages, but they can take the steps to cancel my payment/order AND not even give me any notice?? Now my wedding is 3 days away and I have to purchase sparklers somewhere else. Zero professionalism, zero customer service. DO NOT TRUST THIS SCAM!
