Bobbie is very unprofessional and spoke rudely to children and questioned tattoos that were selected. Don't make the same mistake I made. I called her to tell her how she made myself and parents feel and she refused to give me a partial refund when I requested. I told her that I would review her, and she said "It's ok, most people don't review anyways." Bobbie, Your posts basically speak for themselves. This is the unprofessionalism that we had to deal with. The reason we called you 4 hours later is because the party wasn't even over when you left, and I didn't want to make my guests feel more uncomfortable than they already were. There is no reasoning with you, and we never received an apology, only excuses here on Yelp. Another thing, about a small turnout, my son turned 1! Like I said, keep the money, that's not the issue. All of which are black, including my daughter. That lady said it was cut off. Granted the event was still going. It hadn't even hit the official end time of the event. She told us know. We were discriminated against. It was completely mortifying and my daughter cried. She's 5. How are you in the business of children and discriminate against little black girls and make children cry. I have escalated this as well so this vendor will never be used ever again on any platform.
