From the initial personalized…read morecontact to the finish of the job, everybody concerned was very professional, highly skilled, knowledgeable, courteous, polite, hard-working, and clearly dedicated to doing the best job they could. They even laid down a tarp to collect debris and ran a nail magnet over the entire area to be sure there were no sharp surprises to be found later on. And they were very careful to protect my flower bed beneath the work area. Danny's United and his crews are good at what they do. I trust them. In fact, I trust them enough that I plan to hire them to do the other flat roof on my house. Thank you, Danny!

I do not recommend this contractor. The workmanship was consistently poor, and several aspects of…read morethe project were handled unprofessionally. He was hired to install vinyl flooring and repair soft spots using OSB, yet the issues were not corrected and in some areas were made worse. Scraps of vinyl were wedged beneath the flooring in an attempt to make the surface appear level, resulting in rising sections and visible gaps along the walls. The soft spots were not repaired but simply covered. He was also contracted to complete drywall work, during which multiple electrical outlets were covered, joint compound was left splattered across the floors, and sanding was either incomplete or entirely absent in several rooms. No cleanup was performed after any stage of the work. Throughout the project, he repeatedly commented on other jobs he was "missing out on" because mine was taking too long. As the current client, my project should have been his priority, completed with professionalism and pride in workmanship. Instead, after the first week, he began arriving late in the afternoon rather than in the mornings, communication deteriorated, and he displayed frustration when concerns were raised. Overall, the contractor took advantage of a situation that required careful resolution, demonstrated poor communication, and delivered substandard work.
