Lisa has helped me and my family through many medical and mental health issues. Lisa is Compassionate, Understanding, thorough, intelligent and trustworthy. I have never had a provider I trust as I do Lisa Monroe. Dr Sullivan is Professional, intelligent and through and a incredible asset to the practice and has been my families primary care provider for over five years. The office itself is full of kind staff, the MAs especially Lisa's and Dr Sullivans are outstanding and the front office is also very sweet and helpful. The only complaint I have is since Covid and staffing issues I have called multiple times with no return calls. I know this is out of their hands but can be very frustrating.

We feel as though we as patients are being taken seriously, and that it matters how we feel about treatments and medications, we have never had this feeling before. Doctor Liwanpo is young and extremely well informed , she welcomes questions and encourages collaboration. She goes out of her way to accommodate her patients, follows up in a timely manner with test results. It is totally refreshing and encouraging to see medicine being practiced in this manner. The couple times we've been there the behavior of the front desk staff is so off putting that we chose not to go back. It's unfortunate because the providers are wonderful. He carefully researches and passes along his findings in a very logical and understandable conversation that never feels one-sided. I am a difficult patient because I am an RN and Will is always willing to listen and allows me to vent my concerns. My wife has always been seen by females but she now is a patient of Mr. Nesbitt. There is a reason for that! The Staff is courteous and attends to every call or inquiry in a prompt, professional manner. Mr. Nesbitt has an excellent supporting MA and in my opinion, Mountain View sits on top of the heap! Brilliant acquisition. Regards, Mark Bishop

Once again, I'm wondering if they understand the idea behind being a health care provider. Clearly they do not, and have prioritized turning this into a for-profit commodity that completely lacks the customer service part. Here's the latest I've gotten from Grand Rounds, my employer-provided assistance with health care and insurance matters: Good Afternoon, I wanted to give you an update, I have called Dignity providers at several locations near you, no one is taking new patients and they have a waitlist, they are not sure when they can start calling people on it. I did ask if they were in network with Cigna and was told the are in network. I tried to verify a couple of providers on the Cigna website and the website is down for maintenance. I am still trying to find you a primary care provider I apologize for the delay and trying to find someone. Warm Regards,

Patient Advocacy and Hospice were contacted and attempted to contact him for medical records to be able to begin hospice treatment. Again, no response. Hospice finally agreed to provide end of life care without Dr. Harden's referral (thank God). I don't know if it is the Doctor or his staff that are responsible for bailing out in my mother in her final days. I do know that this is an inexcusable way to treat a patient and family especially in her dying days.
