I was seeing Dr Peters for my foot problem. He has never provided much info about my condition, I…read morehad to constantly read his mind or google. He used non-sterile gauze pads from a drawer and iodine straight from a bottle as if sterile swabsticks don't exist. Dr Peters has never provided me with a Good Faith Estimate for the supplies or services which is unethical. Furthermore, he has repeatedly refused my attempts to pay my copayments by a credit card and stated that all supplies are covered by my insurance. However once I switched to another doctor, Dr Peters immediately sent me a bill for all copays at once payable upon receipt no less. This was followed by another bill from a third party for the supplies that the doctor previously stated covered by my insurance. The timing of both bills is peculiar. I paid both bills. I am glad that I'm not seeing this doctor anymore and don't recommend him to anyone. Don't fall for the convenience of a walk-in day on Tuesdays, you'll end up paying more than you think and have your credit messed up. Not to mention your healthcare. #ankleandfootwalkinclinic

I'm pretty much allergic to everything in the Mid-West. So that's probably not good. Then the Dr. turned me over to his staff and took me into a small testing room for a battery of tests. Just a bit later and after a back full of tiny pin pricks we waited. None of us expected what happened next. My back erupted into a science experiment gone horribly wrong. The Dr. came in and did some quick follow up test and put his experience to work. While he filled out some paperwork the nurse put some fairy lotion on my back and presto! All was well. We laughed a bit and made few jokes, I walked out with a prescription and hit the road. No more issues. See you next time!

I have never gone to a practice that is this experienced, up-to-date, and as Capri g as the ones at AIA. I was happy when they opened a Westside location because I get a monthly shot and it makes it very convenient to just have to travel a short distance to get a shot that I am in and out of the office in less than 10 minutes. There was also a doctor there, Dr. Phil, who is new to the practice and I've met with once and I would take her as a stand-in for Dr. Javari as well. She was up-to-date on my case and had read my file and understood exactly what I needed. Then add to that an experienced, kind understanding on top of everything office staff. at both. I walk into either office. They know me they've checked me in and if there is time they've already checked on the dates and tell me what's open so I can make my next appointment that way I don't have to stop on my way out. They are always thinking of the patient time and doing all they can to keep things moving smoothly. That's what you need from the doctors office trusting caring staff member and doctors who really take the time for you. I give the practice of allergy and immunology associates the highest grade you can possibly get - they would get A+
