There is never really a huge queue and an automated system that tells you who's next to see the doctor, in whatever room etc. Very high-tech, or maybe I'm just used to surgery's in bumpkin country?? I've always been happy with all the doctor's there, they are pretty efficient and friendly, which is what you want. Warning - it takes a while to get an appointment so book in advance or otherwise call before 9am for cancellations.

This happened to me last week. 3-Security Guard on the premises which is a bit off putting but he is friendly enough. 4-The best two doctors I have seen at the Practice are Dr Grant Winstock.He is a lovely doctor.Has a lot of patience and has excellent listening skills.He does not Judge you and is professional. 5- Dr Bernard Ogoe is another good Doctor at the Practice.Very Understanding and professional. I have now signed up with another GP Practice in the area and will be sad not to see these doctors again but my overall personal experience of using this practice is not good when it comes to booking appointments or receiving self referrals for my Illness which have never been forthcoming.

There is often a long queue at the first window for GP appointments while the other two staff relax and gossip. The staff has also messed up relaying messages to the doctors, when I've called to cancel.

I'll take it. I've seen 2 nurses and 3 doctors at this office, and, while I noticed that their overall attitude was meh at first, I had a wonderful experience in minor surgery today (I know, what???). Dr. Botting was great and made me feel relaxed and at ease (difficult to do, considering the circumstances). He had Athlete playing through his comp in the surgery room -- fine by me!

The disappointing news: one cannot register AND make an appointment at the same time. It needs to go into the system and then you can call them a week later and ask for an appointment. I assume there is a fast track for seriously ill people. Also they made me wait 30 min (40 min if you count that I was 10 min early) ... and Jules doesn't like to wait, when she doesn't want to wait. But the GP I've seen was amazingly nice and young and cute and just chatted to me for a bit. I think it was worth the wait and i will need a few more appointments in the next weeks...with all these virus and stuff going around here.
