They installed our septic system in our newly built home in 2021. The septic still doesn't work correctly. They installed a septic pump incorrectly, did not bring in an electrician to install the electrical of the pump & just did it themselves, out of code, nor did they pull a permit for the electric work. We learned this after having to pay another septic company & electrician to have it installed correctly. Was informed by the electrician we were lucky our home had not burned down due to the poor electric work. We reached out to the company & advised the owner of the work her guys had done & what the electrician said. The owner just laughed & refused to offer any assistance to help correct what had been done. We are so grateful our home didn't burn down due to the poor work but are out over $5000 in repairs so far just to be able to use our bathrooms. I would not use this company at all.
