Chuck and Ashley (the new owners) are super friendly. It is a very welcoming environment. They have several Harley MASTER TECHS on staff. I just had my 5K service done here and Mr. Tim did an awesome job. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable and professional. The labor prices are very fair and you know you will be getting excellent work done. They also have a good selection of used bikes for sale. Everything from sport bikes to hard tail choppers. Bring your bike here for service, you will not be disappointed.

On 6/6/20 I bought a high end side by side from Hall's in Pelham. There was a recall on the model I…read morebought and that slowed down and complicated the deal for a few days, but in the end they came through. My salesman was Matt and he went out of the way to keep me informed as they worked through getting the recall done. I had negotiated the deal on the phone and we had agreed on a price out the door. I was anxious to see if that changed when I got there to pick it up. I was surprised that when all was said and done, it was actually about $50 less than we had agreed. I would highly recommend Matt if you are looking for any type of power sports machine.

All communication was initiated by us with each call resulting in a "your boat is next in line" or "your boat should be completed by today". Due to cost we declined the onboard charger - twice. At 5 weeks we informed the service department that we would be picking up our boat the following Wednesday. We called again on Tuesday to remind them. The boat service was not completed - the mister pump had not been installed. The warranty director asked us to give them 15 mins. We came back 30 minutes later. Our boat was filthy. We can only hope the service was done correctly. We will never use this service again and do not recommend them.
