I bought some of that yellow leaf vac hose in those pretty pictures above. Price was OK considering…read moreno shipping as from other web sellers. But, the cutting clerk could not have given a damn less. This is a spiral wound (as though with a wire embedded) hose. I specifically asked if it would be a square or notched cut, showing a notch with my hand. I described square cut for butting and a notch as for screwing onto a grooved fitting. "I don't know, I just cut it." I got hacked up, torn up notch cut ends that I had to trim before I could use the hose. I also got a torn web where room was made for tool. I am shocked a 'hose professional' would allow such work. I certainly would not buy a safety or critical hose from such careless workers, amateurs masquerading as pros.

The staff even stayed late on a Friday afternoon so I could pick up the hose. I am still using that same hose on my leaf vacuum. I looked up Cavalier Hose and Fittings because I now need to have a unique high pressure hydraulic hose made. When I saw the review from Tim S. I was surprised as it is so different from my experience. I also plan to add another review after getting the hydraulic hose.

However, I later received a notification indicating they were already on-site and that the vehicle was in the towing process. The problem was that I was sitting inside the vehicle the entire time, and no tow truck in sight. The status update was simply a LIE and totally inaccurate. I immediately called the towing company for clarification, and my insurance company also attempted to reach them. NO one answered the phone, and their voicemail mailbox was full, making it impossible to leave a message or get an update. Providing FALSE status updates and being unreachable when customers need assistance is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I cannot and will never recommend this company.

Every question and concern I had were answered and explained in detail. Estimate was discussed and final bill was close but actually less than I expected. I initially just dropped by to discuss my needs and made an initial appointment for an annual vehicle inspection. Upon my return visit following their initial inspection I was informed of necessary repairs and estimated cost were discussed. I was offered an appointment a few days later to drop my vehicle off in the evening and the Service advisor called me early the next afternoon reporting repairs were all completed as well as an oil change I requested. When I picked up the car I was informed of an ongoing issue that needs to be paid attention to at this time and told this will require future repair but isn't absolutely necessary at this time. I felt my bill was very reasonable, service was very prompt and my overall experience with this shop was great. I hope to be a regular customer for all my automobile needs and recommend them highly. I would give them more than five stars if it was available
