They have a small take-out cafe, serving proper coffee + a cake stand. Their petrol is reasonably priced & not as expensive as some other nearby petrol stations. They also offer a car wash and a free cash-point. because a lot of people shop here for food, the queues tend to be quite long and I find it takes a while to be served - so they lose a point for that.

There are plentiful parking spaces here (unlike most other BP's) with around 8 - 10 spaces out the front. Inside the garage is pretty large - with everything you would need! They stock all the basic groceries like milk, bread and eggs with large amounts of non necessities. They also have the Marks and Spencer section. If you visit this garage in the evening they often have very heavily reduced 'fresh' items which is the perfect treat to pick up quickly. The few times I have filled up here have always been quick and easy with no waiting about.

They not only anxious to please, but go out of their way to do the extra things such as directions on their on mobiles; how rare! Free ATM, liquor, wine, Lochmuir smoked salmon, magazines galore, flower shop. The U.S. Needs to study this concept of service a bit. They were called "service stations" in days of yore but nomore, nomore.
