They also have a new WH Smiths and a Sleep Inn attached. There is lots of parking and it also has the usual toilet facilities and games area. There is plenty of seating in the centre where you can eat. All the food places and shops are around the edge. You collect what you require (each person could have something different), then sit in the middle and eat together. They also have a wi-fi point available. They also have a shell petrol station, but you will find this is a few pence more expensive than if you go off motorway.

It is on the main road through the village and could easily be missed. I think it only had three pumps! The price was reasonable, and certainly not as high as the motorway.

They used to do a coffee shop style loyalty card scheme but that was not offered today. You used to drive in via King's Road and out onto Nightingale Road which worked well, unfortunately now there is only one entrance and exit which is very narrow and far from ideal at busy times. Try and go when it's quiet. They work quickly and do a good job.

I don't usually frequent car washes because my husband maintains that the brushes scratch your car (!), but since the sign specifically said hand car wash, I thought I'd give it a go, especially since the rest of the sign read from £5 - bargain, I thought! For a fiver I was quite prepared for a quick spray off and sponge down, but I was pleasantly surprised to find 4 hard working men spraying, lathering, leathering, waxing, polishing and 'tyre prepping' (whatever that is) for the best part of 15 minutes. Towards the end of this I was convinced that I'd got the price wrong and was starting to sweat that I didn't have enough money on me, but no, they only charged me a fiver. Absolutely marvellous - just wish I lived a bit closer so I could use them regularly.

We then went to 2 other major tyre companies only to be quoted stupid money and still no guarantee they could do the job anyway. As we were leaving to try a forth national tyre company we passed 'Deals on Wheels' in Tavistock street and I said to my partner we should try there as I had a tyre from them last year for a Renault Clio. Not only did the chap fill me with confidence from the outset, the price was fantastic. My partner and myself said after our visit we would never go anywhere else ever again. Even if we moved to Scotland we would travel back to these guys. I strongly recommend visiting this company for tyres, our van was a Ducato and tyres were in stock. I've never been more impressed with a company in all of my life, and that says something because I'm pretty hard to impress! Rachel

This time it was just a flat tire but what can we do with car without the wheel. I have LPG installation in place of the spare wheel. Guys at Deals on Wheels MK helped me quickly and at a reasonable price. The only difficulty was to contact them - there is no information about opening hours, phone number for the second branch in Wymbush, Milton Keynes nowhere on the internet - so I had to find my mot certificate to find their phone number.

After rebuilding the station last year, BP Limford Wood has improved…read more There is quite a lot of space to park the car. The only inconvenience is the entry and exit. You have to go around the station to park and refuel and than leave the station (but at least you can drive in both directions)
