My dudes, these sandwiches are thick like a good lady. You might have to wait a minute, and it's only because they seem to care about the product they're making for you. You might think $12-13 is a bit much for a sandwich, and I get that, still you're going to be one happy camper. This stuff is like Chinese food: even when you save some, you'll keep coming back and it'll be gone before the night is out. Good Philly cheesesteak. I like to have them cook the hot peppers in with the meat. I like that they have a drive through. I have gone inside before and it is super clean. The cashier was super friendly and service was very quick. They have great daily specials for $3.99. Cheese is extra. I only wish they didn't charge extra for cheese. It took me back for a minute because all the sub shops I have ever gone to don't charge for cheese because it is part of the sandwich. I love Baldinos however an absolute joke they did not have bread in the middle of the day. I was told the bread would be ready within an hour. Go back 30 mins later, ask on an update, same answer "within an hour", I ask if there was anymore of an update than that and was told "within an hour" again. 6-8 people working in there, how do you not have bread baked at a sub shop with no definite time that more will be ready. Really good! This place is great if you are looking for a quick bite to eat. They were fast and the food was satisfying. We all got steak subs to go. They are messy in the car, so ask for a plate. Their sandwiches are huge! Stopped in there yesterday for a half Italian sub. I could only eat half of that half! Loaded with boars head cold cuts, it was a pretty good choice. They use the spongy Italian bread which I'm not really a big fan of. But, it was fresh, tasty and a good afternoon meal. The place is part of a gas station, but is absolutely spotless. Today I purchased a salad from Baldinos in Richmond Hill. The cucumbers were extremely mushy as if they were previously frozen. When I called the store to speak to the Mananger, I was told he was not in. When I voiced my complaint, I was told they were having issues with the freezer and I could come back to the store. My concern is if the store knew the cucumbers were bad... why did you put them in my salad? read more

Had the American. Great flavor. The meat was all sliced and the sandwich prepared in front of me. The bread was much better than subway, to me. Tip: if you're getting this to go, to eat on the road skip all of the trimmings. It can be a mess Can't beat it for a quick on-the-go lunch. read more

Okay, so its not a fancy place,it's inside a gas station. But boy oh boy are the steak subs fantastic! Whether we are heading toward Tybee, or planning an afternoon exploring Savannah, we stop and pick up some delicious food. It's our Saturday go-to lunch spot and being on the frugal side, it's also when the lunch special is the steak sub -- and it's only $3.49. A highlight here is the staff. Even with five totally different subs (lite mayo, add mushrooms, add cheese, no onions, etc), and a line of people behind me and in front of me, the staff is always smiling, patient, pleasant and have never, ever messed up our order. Don't let the fact that it's in a gas station deter you. This restaurant is not your typical sketchy gas station Subway. These guys mean business. I don't know what's better: The breakfast sandwiches or the regular sandwiches. Unlike their Hinesville counterpart, this Baldinos whips up a mean sausage, egg, and cheese. For lunch and/or dinner you can't go wrong with the "Italian battalion" either. Fresh deli meats, fresh toppings, and spongy fresh baked bread (not some lame Subway brick posing as sandwich bread) will have you coming back for more. read more

I order here when I'm exhausted after a long day at work. They have a drive thru which is super convenient, especially when you order ahead and just want to pick up without getting out of the car. They have family sized subs, which are a must when you have 5 kids to feed (3 are teenagers). Subs are always amazing!! Only suggestion I would have is to offer full sized bag of chips to serve with those big orders. I don't want to order 7 individual sized bags of chips, so I don't. I will pull around to the gas station side and get my (I just worked 11 hrs butt) out and buy a bag of overpriced chips. read more

By far, the best sandwich I've ever had from a restaurant attached to a gas station! My husband and I stopped to get gas on our roadtrip and decided it was time for lunch anyway. We both got turkey sandwiches... And they were awesome! I am a big believer that bread can make or break a sandwich... And the bread here is phenomenal! Horrible customer service. I showed up at the Richmond Hill Baldinos at 8:45 pm, they are scheduled to close at 9pm, to order a sandwich. I was told by the lady behind the counter that they were already closed. She stated that she had to close early if she wanted to get home t see her family and that she only made $8 an hour so she wasn't doing anything special. read more

Hit And miss. I come here regularly and I've found that it is best when the owner is there. I never have any issues during that time. I only have issues with the few high school kids he sometimes employs. They do a sub par job when he isn't there. Let me just start out by saying the food was great. The customer service however was HORRENDOUS. Took 25 minutes for one half sub. Lady and two African American younger males working that were moving slower than a sloth in morphine and clearly goofing off with at least 5 customers ahead of me and they were taking their sweet time. I asked if mine had even started on and low and mumbled she said it'll come when it comes in order I'm like gee thanks I already knew that I just wanted to know if it was started on because I've never waited this long for a sub. She looked so pissed and ten minutes later (20 minutes at this point) I asked for a refund because I was in a rush this whole time and she goes well yours is right there so they went ahead and finished it and gave it to me and all bitchy asked "so do you still want it or you want a refund" like no I've been waiting this whole time for THAT sub and you and your workers are the slowest I've ever. read more
